We provided an itemized list of what we wanted done within the three hours that we were going to be paying them for. This was sent via email in advance so that Tony could come with the proper supplies and tools. We need five curtain rods hung in place of old ones that had come out of the drywall, a large hall mirror hung, a flag and pole installed outside, a bathroom toilet paper set installed, and a few other odds and ends. All were completed promptly and all work was cleaned up afterward. Thy curtain rods required drywall patching and painting and they were good as new. We discussed future projects as well and were pleasantly surprised to learn of their companies qualifications and capabilities. I believe that we will use them quarterly in order to maintian our home, and when we need larger projects completed. In order to get the most for your money with handyman work have your wish list be a little extra long as these guys are pros and get through a lot in a shorter amount of time than you would expect. Be ready for more work should they have the time to do it! I would highly recommend both Daniel and Tony.

The company had been recommended to us by Unicorp, which had done the windows, door, and siding a little earlier. The entire project went well. Good estimate, negotiated a tiny bit on price (but still strong prices!), thoughtful conversations with us about what was needed, decided to do only some of the things that this old house needs, and then things moved right along. Good workmen, good cleanup, reasonable change orders as things developed, quite artistic in their design of soffits to cover inside pipes, and generally did an outstanding job.

Overall experience was great. We had a couple of leaks along the way that Daniel and his team jumped on fast. The overall build quality and finish was excellent. The punch list at the end was less than 5 items. Daniel is a quality driven gentleman and his team, especially his supervisor, Jose are great to work with. Mr. Barrie Additional Comments: I was at home during the entire renovation. I found the entire team to be extremely polite. The clean up after each work day was great. The services provided were as follows: Complete gutting of Master Bathroom, Hall Bathroom and Powder Room. Installation of tile, bathroom fixtures, lighting and painting. There were a couple of unexpected leaks, which were taken care of promptly and efficiently. Overall it was a great experience, great project outcome! Daniel is great to work with and is a stickler for details. He prepped the kitchen to protect my hardwood floors, organized the work to minimize the disruption/useability of the kitchen and utilized a great assistant and subcontractors for the work he was not doing himself (granite, tile installation, wood refinishing). The cabinet refacing he did was excellent. Daniel cut the maple plywood precisely to fit the sides of the cabinets and the stain and finish matched the cabinet facing exactly. Daniel also cut and filled in the maple cabinet facing around the new built-in ovens and installed maple back molding around the base of all the upper cabinets. The results look like they were made this way. The same attention to detail was utilized to replace the kickplate on all cabinets, installation of the ovens and cooktop, pull-out shelves and plumbing. The tile contractors were also very detail oriented and did a great job on the backsplash. I would definitely use Daniel for other projects in my home.

I hired House to Home Solutions under conditions that were far from ideal. The condo I was buying had a closing date that kept changing, the hurricane Sandy hit in the middle of renovations,, all the walls of the unit needed to be repainted, and all carpet had to be ripped up and replaced with wood flooring.. Not only did the company deliver on time but the result was stunning The three shades of gray were painted exactly to my specifications throughout the rooms, and although I never met the painters, they did a perfect job. Also Daniel Carrero, the owner, didn't hesitate to suggest changes in the painting plan that he thought would be helpful to the overall design; he was inevitably right. So supervision and execution of the painting yielded an excellent result. I had to move my belongings into the condo before the wood floors were done but the installers were good sports about working around the boxes and completed rooms in an order that was helpful to the move. They also were dedicated to doing a professional job on the floor and making sure that it wasn't scratched by the movers (or me!). When the floor was complete I could only view it with awe. The owner of the company Daniel performed handyman services at my home on 2 separate days (4/27/2012 and 5/4/2012). He arrived to my home on time and is was very professional. His work performed is very thorough and he also saved me a few years from having to replace my kitchen countertops. I will definitely use his company again in the future.

They worked during the blackout which made it interesting because they couldn't use power tools. They got the job done in a timely manner considering the black out. They were courteous and on time.

Aside from dust and tracks they left on the floor it was a good experience. He is responsive. They did a wonderful job in putting in a new door and adjusting the height of the cabinets.

During late 2011, we contracted Mr. Daniel Carrero of House to Home Solutions to renovate our kitchen. For scheduling reasons construction could not start until December. We had entertainment plans for the house over the Christmas holiday, so we had trepidation that starting an ambitious job was overreaching. Mr. Carrero assured us that the job would be finished in time. Our kitchen is small, but the renovations were extensive. Along the way unexpected problems arose. Among these, an inspection revealed that the house needed a new breaker box, one cabinet did not fit through the kitchen door, and the ceiling was bowed and wavy. Each problem presented its own challenges and potential for delays. Mr. Carrero resourcefully resolved each. At 7:30 PM Dec 23rd he and his crew finished, leaving us a beautiful, fully functioning kitchen. From the initial sales presentation to project conclusion Mr. Carrero maintained a professional client-customer relationship. During the project he maintained excellent communication with us via on-site conversation and emails. He often worked alongside his crew, which itself comprises skilled, diligent, very productive craftsmen, and his electrical and plumbing sub-contractors exhibited the same good qualities. Mr. Carrero listened and quickly grasped our project objectives and concerns. He exhibited a strong sense for design and perfection that was evidenced by his efficient execution and creative solutions, finishing flourishes that increased the visual appeal, and the overall quality of the finished product. The company is aptly named; we needed creative solutions, and Mr. Carrero and his crew provided them. Our new kitchen has elicited compliments from all who have seen it.

We were having our kitchen remodel designed by a local company, and they recommended we hire House to Home Solutions for their good work and fair price. I was impressed that Daniel, the President of the Company, was involved each step of the way and was responsive to our questions. Our kitchen is looking great and we're on budget --- can't ask for more.

Daniel the service provider and his team took over the project in the middle of the work. This was after we fired the first company. They were great. They worked long hours and were very responsive to our requests. They were great at coordination and setting expectations.
