Hometech replaced our home roof. They did a great job! We would highly recommend this company. They were very professional and careful with our landscaping.

I am extremely pleased with Home Tech! Shane Santangelo worked with my insurance company, and the repairs are truly above my expectations. Straight as an arrow and tight as a drum! The work crews are courteous and very professional, and they did excellent work. I appreciate Shane and Home Tech sticking with me through this and getting my house repaired. Home Tech did such a great job that I will enjoy recommending them to my friends and neighbors, and the sign is still in my yard! I have already received a lot of compliments! I've worked with lots of builders and contractors. Home Tech is a gem in an industry where you can get easily taken advantage of. I have just enough construction knowledge to make me dangerous, so I went for it and started the interview process for a contractor to repair my roof (from shoddy new construction using builder-grade materials). From the very first call and the inspection by my project manager, Isaiah, I felt at ease. His assessment was thorough (problem: cheap, weather-torn shingles and broken seal around roof pipes caused leaking in my top floor bedroom). His pics were so good that my insurance adjuster had no need to send their inspector out. They immediately offered me the money for a band-aid repair, but HomeTech went to bat for me, showing plenty of pics to prove to the insurance company that a whole new roof was needed. Altho it took a few months (shingle samples sent out to a lab for testing), it passed the required brittle test. The roof crew were on time and professional. And their in-sync work ethic was amazing as I got my new architectural roof installed in less than 5 hours under Isaiah's scrutiny and final inspection! Now for the interior work: Bayardo, the home interior mgr, was amazing at assessing my ceiling damage from the roof leak and some non-claim-related leaky drain damage. His demeanor was professional as well. And his crewman, Klaybin, did an amazing job at re-drywalling all damaged areas and topping it off with a clean and smooth paint job- can’t even tell there was damage! To say this company was professional is not enough... They took great care to hear my concerns (trust me, I'm an interior designer, and I'm PICKY!) and their work ethic was as good as Home Tech’s promise. And did I mention Ms. Marcy? She was the "glue" that held the whole project together--- communicating with tact and concern--- and making all the paperwork and scheduling a breeze. My house feels like "home" again! Thank you all--great job!

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH (HOME TECH) FOR MY ROOF IS 5 STARS +++ My Experience in detail: “Read or Don’t it’s a lot sorry in advance”. Let’s just start off by saying I am a very skeptical person, and with today’s scam culture I am on edge when the canvasing starts. Meaning the average Door to Door salesmen and/or women. Always trying to sale, you something you don’t need or hook you in on a deal that changes in the end, however I had some shingles fall or blow off from my roof due to a previous storm that had come through with 60+ mph winds and I had to get it looked at sooner than later. So, when approached by a HomeTech representative I realized quick he was more than a salesman he was also the person that would give estimates and during our conversation he had mentioned that since the issues with the roof were in fact caused by weather than my homeowners insurance may cover some of the cost. He didn’t promise me anything but wanted to come back with a ladder and look. So, I set it up that he come by the next day and examine it in further detail. When he came back it was straight to business, he got on the roof measured it and checked to see if any were broken or damaged. Turns out there was a lot of shingles that were damaged, so he got some chalk from his truck and started marking them. I was really impressed by this. The guy was honest and most importantly he was very knowledgeable. Not once was I given the hurry up or told this must be done now mentality that some salesmen do. He simply put the missing shingles back where they were supposed to be took lots of pictures and said we should call my insurance company and let an adjuster come out and look to see if they were willing to cover any of the damage. I explained that I have never called my insurance company before so he said he would do everything for me all I had to do was give them permission for him to talk on my behalf. They told me that they would have call me back to set up an appointment to come out. He was never in a hurry to leave and answered all my questions before he left and gave me his number and said to call him when they were coming out and he would come and watch and point out what he believed to be a covered issue and would be there 15mins before the adjuster was set to be there in case, they came early. I didn’t even have to be there since they only needed to look from outside. They came, he was there as promised even showed up around 25mins earlier than the inspector did. The next day I received an email from the adjuster, and I didn’t understand any of the jargon, I just thought they were only going to cover 35% of the cost because they were sending a check for that much. I called up the guy from HomeTech and he said if I didn’t mind sending him the paperwork, he would have his insurance claim specialists look over the verbiage and see what was covered and what wasn’t. Turns out they were going to cover most of the roof. He even came by to discuss what was covered and what wasn’t in person to answer all my questions and said that they had a large stock of shingles from a previous job, and he could get them at a discount and all I would be responsible for would be rotting boards under the shingles if there were any and I would be out of pocket my deductible of course. When I was comfortable enough with them and the price he asked if I would sign over the insurance check, gave me a contract and they would get to work on everything. To work they went, I was truly amazed. They contacted my HOA for me, submitted all the paperwork and said they would have everything finished quickly. They tried to set up something the same week even, but my HOA are just slow to do anything so It took about three weeks for them to reply. Look at this fast response time. I Got the HOA letter in the mail on a Wednesday at around 12:00PM called them to let them know, they said they could come in the morning to start the work between 6:00 and 7:00AM then had the roof and materials delivered by 2:00PM the same day. They started at 6:30AM by covering everything with tarps to catch anything like nails or shingles that fell while they were doing the work, and they finished with everything around 2:00PM. After they finished, they took me around to show me all work performed and that they were leaving our yard and everything as it was before. I was so impressed with the professionalism and work ethic. Everyone working at HomeTech were kind, courteous and cautious to us coming in and out. They didn’t even mind us taking pictures and watching them as they worked. I am extremely happy with the roof; it looks so much better than I thought it would have. My property value salutes you… I just want to say to all the people working at HomeTech even that sweet office lady that answered the phone and did all the scheduling and invoicing. Thank you, for everything you all did to make my home safe, watertight and way better looking than before. Salute

Home Tech was a wonderful company to work with. My roof had damage and needed to be replaced, as did all the gutters. Idris was assigned my case, and was professional and patient, explaining all the ins and outs of roof replacement. He gave me great suggestions about roof style and color and helped tailor the project to fit my needs and budget. With his expertise and assistance, I was better able to navigate the complicated process of working with my home owners insurance. Marcy helped me schedule the installation for the roof and gutters. She always responded promptly to any questions or concerns. The installation team arrived promptly and worked efficiently to get the roof installed within a day. Everything was safely tarped off to shield my garden beds below, and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up. They didn't leave a single speck of old roofing material or nails behind. The yard was immaculate and the new roof and gutters looked fabulous. I'm so pleased with the outcome. If only other home improvement and repair projects could go as smoothly! I would definitely use them again if I needed another roof repair, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient and hassle free team of experts that install quality roofing product!

HomeTech handled an insurance claim for my roof, fence, gutters and interior wall. They were extremely professional and each and everything needed was done. They also had to remove some solar panels from my roof in order to replace the roof. HomeTech went above and beyond my expectations, even negotiating other costs with the insurance company (something I would probably not have been able to de effectively). The insurance only approved the 20-year roof, but HomeTech installed a 50-year roof with no additional cost to me. My roof is beautiful. Look no further than HomeTech.

From inception, I was very impressed with the service. The gentlemen who helped me, Stephen Zimmerman, was amazing. He inspected my roof, provided me the assistance in filing a claim with my insurance company and ensured everything was copasetic from the beginning. He was even at the house during the home inspection. Stephen was kind, courteous and highly skilled in his craft. The team who came out to both deliver the material and install the roof (two separate days and two separate teams) were also incredible. The roof looks amazing and we're very pleased with the final product. Very happy with the team!

As first-time homebuyers, we already knew we needed a new roof. The seller wouldn’t guarantee that the roof’s condition would give us a few more years, but we really wanted the house. So we bought it. A month or so later, a couple of guys from HomeTech were passing by with door-hanger flyers. We were in the yard and talked with them. We listened, looked over the flyer, and decided right then and there to make an appointment for a free inspection of our roof. When Tommy came by, we were immediately put at ease with his friendly and straight-forward manner. He told us more than once that he wasn’t a salesperson but that he’s got around 17-18 years experience in actual roofing. Something told me he was one of those rare people who comes along that you feel right away like he was someone you could trust— and we were right. He asked to go up and inspect the roof. He came down with about 50 photos on his phone and he made them all available to us. The photos said it all, frankly; but Tommy went into detail about each category of problems he found. He also explained the impact that the weather and environment play in wreaking havoc on a roof. He wasn’t the least bit pushy or in a hurry. He simply laid it out for us and explained our options. We asked questions, and we thought all the options were reasonably priced. He used some roofing terminology which he explained, and when he was done we felt like we had just completed Roofing 101- LOL. We were amazed at how much work goes into getting a new roof. The biggest problem seemed to be the damaged plywood beneath the tiles and what’s left of the tar paper or liner. He explained why the damaged plywood needed to be replaced and talked about everything from the various types of shingles to choose from to having an ice and water shield installed and a rapid ridge vent installed as well. We didn’t know that a residential roof is usually installed in one day (depending on the size, probably). We had initially planned to go with a contractor we found who would hire a few guys to work with him. Tommy explained why that wasn’t such a good idea. It boiled down to the labor being under one warranty and the shingles under a separate warranty. Made sense. We went for it. Tommy prepared an agreement, and we were happy to see that everything Tommy went over was actually IN the agreement (… and, in retrospect, there weren’t ANY surprises!). We really appreciated Tommy’s honesty and his transparency. The bottom line? Their preparation and the work went off without a hitch. HomeTech exceeded our expectations. They really did. The workmen worked fast and efficiently without any interruption or inconvenience to us. Tommy came back the next day, went back up to the roof and took photos of the finished product. Then he made those photos available to us as well, and we got to see the before-and-after comparison which was kind of fun to see. It’s taken awhile for us to get this review done because we knew it would be long and we wanted to get it right. Not only do we recommend HomeTech, we strongly urge you to look no where else and hire them.

Excellent service! Roofers did an amazing job and the cleanup was excellent. The roof was completed in one day which made the whole process easy. Would definitely recommend Home Tech to anyone.

I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Jimmy Colorado, who was the project manager/my main contact went above and beyond to make sure my requests were met and all my questions were answered. He even took my calls or replied to my test or emails when he was off duty. HomeTech Exterior is lucky to have him as an employee. All the work was done on scheduled and the follow up was also on par. I am very pleased with all the work performed by HomeTech Exterior, I will definitely used them again when a need arises.

I just got my floors redone, and Hometech absolutely exceeded expectations! Not only did they come on site and give me a very personalized consultation, but the price was honestly excellent in comparison to some competitors that I was looking at to do the work. I highly recommend Hometech for home restoration services!

Their initial response was quick. Within a few days Jason Reed the GM came out and did an evaluation for work. They were hired and required that either the insurance check be signed over or my deductible paid prior to any services being performed. They received and cashed my $1000 deductible check over a month ago and since then I cannot get them to return my calls. My insurance company even left them a message. No response from phone or email or voice messages. Looks like they just scammed me out of my money.

It was a great service. Very pleased and Highly recommend them.

Everything went pretty smoothly,. These guys were very flexible, and professional. They respected my belongings and cleaned up after the work was completed. They were also transparent and didn't charge any hidden fees.

The owner Albert came to give us an estimate. He actually went on the roof to inspect it up close (none of the other companies we got estimates from did this). Albert was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was very quick to respond to questions we called in about before the installation. He dropped off additional samples after we met for us to make a decision. We were able to pick and choose the materials we wanted for the installation and the price was very reasonable based on several other local estimates we received. On the day of the install, the technicians came on time and were very professional. A project manager came out the first day to discuss with us the progress of the installation. The crew left our yard clean when they finished. We would highly recommend Home Tech to anyone needing a roof replacement.

A Home Tech technician fixed the loose panel easily, within a very short time. I will definitely not hesitate to call them again for future repairs.

It went perfect! Sent an email, company responded that morning regarding when a technician would arrive. They arrived as scheduled on a Saturday morning. Replaced aluminum wrap within an hour. The tech. and his helper were very courteous. Price for repairs was very reasonable.
