They were really, really good. However, we decided to go with another company that was a little cheaper.

They were good but not anything special. They were running late so we ended up missing something.

We selected another company who we felt was equally professional but, provided a better price.

The whole process of getting the quote was great. The salesman was punctual and polite. He was responsive Everything was great, that is why I chose to go with them. When it came to do the work it was a Thursday, and I took the day off work. They sent a guy out that didn't have ladders tall enough to even do the work. He said they would have to send someone else out the next day. I had to take another day off of work. They did come the next day. When they were doing the work it started raining, so I got a lot of water in my house. I shouldn't have chose to do the work on a day that it was supposed to rain. They did the work that they said they would do, however the leak is still there. They repaired all of the damage wood in the walls, but that wood is getting wet now because it is still leaking. When I called and talked to the owner, his response was basically that they shouldn't have taken the job to begin with. What they did, they did well, but they didn't fix the problem. They don't stand ehind their work.

We called this company to get a quote for James Hardie cement siding. The guy who came was very nice but talked and talked, befriending me as I came to figure out, a sales tactic. Then he made an appointment to go over the quote. This took 3 hours and I kept trying to politely indicate we were trying to eat dinner since our pizza was coming out of the oven but he didn't pay attention to this fact. This entire 3 hour process was sales and I was irritated that he stayed so long. Thny he tried the pressure tactic to get us to sign a contract before he left to get a discount. Also, he wouldn't disclose the dollar amount until the very end of the 3 hour meeting. So he forced us to spend probably 4 hours total just to get an estimate. A waste of time and a big SALES JOB!

He did a good job. The price was expensive because they had a minimum cost and we only needed a small job.

They pretty much transformed my house. I got the whole exterior work. I got new roof, new windows, new doors, storm door, and siding. They worked with me on my budget. They showed me all the materials that they used, and I liked the materials that they showed. They had quality material, and they did what I wanted. The project went well. We had some weather delays, but they worked very quickly. The roof work was done in 1 day. They told me about everything that they replaced. I wanted different size windows from the ones that I had. They did a good job on the windows and everything, and it looked very nice. They finished the project in 2 weeks. They arrived on time in the morning, worked all day, and cleaned up very well. A few things fell off the wall, and they told me to take everything off the wall. In the hammering process, we broke a couple of small things.

Really well. There were a lot of details to decide during installation as nothing in this old house is level, plumb or square. Felt like a cooperative venture throughout installation. They broke out the pricing for siding work from the gutters and downspout work for easy comparison. They were not the cheapest by far, but they provided a lot of references and their work is excellent.

Prior to selecting Four Seasons to do the work, I obtained five estimates. They were from reputable companies, but it became obvious from the onset that they weren't all equal. One quote was from a company that specializes in windows and tried to use a high pressure sales tactic to get the sale. I almost felt like I was in an auto showroom. Another specialized in carpet and flooring, but was expanding to home improvement/repair. Like Four Seasons, the remaining two were true home improvement companies and were the most knowledgeable when it came to their product line and willingness to share their expertise. In addition, the estimates from all three of them were at least $15,000 less than those who didn't specialize in home improvement. As a matter of courtesy I informed each company that came to provide an estimate that I would wait to review all the estimates I received before signing a contract. And that's what I did. I also spent about 2-1/2 to 3 hours with each salesperson to get a better understanding of their company and knowledge of the work I would be contracting for. Rob E. was the salesman I worked with from Four Seasons. A true professional. He answered all my questions and told me I could call him anytime. He even made sure to keep in contact with me as the job progressed to make sure I was satisfied with the work or to inquire if I had any questions. Even after the siding had been installed he contacted me to make certain I was satisfied with the work and the results. I was. When I eventually signed with Four Seasons I put 1/3 down. I was also told the job would start within 4 weeks. I was surprised and pleased when they actually started a couple of weeks earlier. The entire job went smooth and I'm completely satisfied with the work. It only took a total of about 4 days to complete the work. It would probably have been less if it hadn't rained a couple of times. The crew I had have a combined work experience of about 40 years between them. I attribute that to the outstanding results of the job. At the end of every day they cleaned up any debris and asked if I had any questions. Overall a very good experience. You should note that they used a different crew to install the gutters right after the siding was installed. They did the work while I was away, but the results were just as good as the siding. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

It was very good. When I called him he was prompt on returning my calls and he cleaned up well. He told me that he could get it done in one day and he did.

They did a very thorough job and were very fast. We had a couple little minor things to follow up on, but they were very prompt in coming back to check on it.

They were good about cleaning up after the job. The job took less time than expected. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

I really like the product they offered as it was very comparable. They had an excellent follow-up and made sure I was satisfied with their estimate and the service I received from them. I was very happy with them, but I went with someone else because they offered a better financing plan. They were professional and stuck with everything that they told me though.

Best price of 3, promised start 3-4 weeks from estimate, actual start was 7 weeks. This worked out however, as other work on house needed to be completed before this was done. The entire job was done in 1 day. Very happy with the look. Very happy with price. 3 man crew seemed to do the work of twice as many guys. I was impressed. The clean up was good considering. I only found 3 pieces of the aluminum and shavings from the soffit material and several threads of aluminum in my driveway. I hosted a water gun battle the following weekend and many of the guests where barefoot. No one was injured by stray aluminum. Overall this company did a fine job. My house looks good and I don't have to have trim painted or repaired again. This stuff is great.

Overall it was a great experience. Rob Ellicott was our sales person and he really made us feel like he had our best interests at heart. The order process and delivery went very smooth and installation is top notch. The workers were fast, contentious, clean, and installed the siding perfectly. For anyone looking for a top notch contractor this is it. I will use Four Seasons for every outdoor house project we have. In terms of pricing they are about middle of the road compared to a few smaller contractors.

The Four Seasons team did a phenomenal job. James Im suggested great products, and followed up with a very competitive estimate. The work crew, headed by Mr. Kang, was detail-oriented, and did a wonderful job on making our home both aesthetically pleasing and maintenance-free. The crew was polite and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, even with surprises that came up during the project.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY SHOWED UP TO START THE PROJECT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, THEY WERE ON TIME, AND THEY FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.
