I've never spent this much before, but was convinced that they were probably worth it based on the reviews listed here, on their attitude when I called, and on their guarantee which was basically "we'll keep coming back until you're happy." They arrived on time, did a very professional job, and my carpets have never looked better. I would definitely use them again.

They did a good job. They did arrive 30+ minutes later than the window of time that they had given me. They came in and measured the job first. They gave me a quote and after I had approved it, they got to work. It took them less than one hour to complete.

Excellent job, they showed up on time, were professional and thorough. They were able to get a lot of stains out of the family room carpet (room is in basement which flooded two summers ago during heavy rain, the carpet pad got wet and stained the carpet). The stairs looked good too. We're now able to hold off on replacing the carpet for another year or two.

I am thrilled with the results. Our carpet is a cream white and was badly stained from 3 cats (hairballs, some "accidents", and a few soda stains from eating dinner in front of the TV in the basement). The carpet looks completely rejuvenated. The crew warned me before they started that some pet stains are difficult to get rid of, but they did an amazing job. It looks and smells great. Not only are the stains and smells gone, but the carpet pile is back to being plush, not worn down. The crew was a few minutes late, but I think this is due to our address being rather hard to find. Once here, they got right to work, and it only took them an hour to finish the whole job. I will be using Elite Carpet Care again!

I called and spoke to the owner, Sal. He gave me an estimate, since I had measured the rooms. He was extremely helpful, a good communicator, and very polite. I knew ahead of time what the cost would be approximately. The two men who did the actual work, Silus and Joel, arrived on time, actually early, which was good. They listened to my requests attentively and were extremely polite and professional. The finished work was excellent. They got out areas of stain that I knew would look bad if they couldn't be done. This job was the key into being able to sell our house with the existing carpet or having to install new carpet. Because of the great job, the existing carpet will look just fine. That was a big relief, to say the least. The job was done in about an hour, I was surprised. I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Thank you, men.

Elite performed carpet cleaning on the carpet of the home we just purchased. The carpets were extremely stained but were not worn. Once the carpets had been cleaned they looked pretty good. There was still some staining but considering the shape they were in they look almost new.

Two men came right on time and moved methodically through the rooms taking care to spot treat and place blocks or foil under furniture afterwards. The carpet is not new so we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it FELT afterwards. Definitely no residue. Would hire again. Have already passed on the company's name.

The arrived early (which was great), were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned a couple of small area kitchen rugs at no charge.

My carpet was very soiled in the walking areas and now you would not believe the difference.

It looks great! Better than I had expected! They were positive and moved/lifted furniture for us, used gentle cleaners and even showed my son the equipment.

They came when they were supposed to, did what they were supposed to, and did a very thorough job. The carpet looked brand new afterward. It took about a day to dry thoroughly.

They did a fantastic job. The price was a little more than we expected, but the job was well worth it. I would highly recommend them to everyone. The employees were very knowledgeable and professional. They also seemed to be very well trained.

We have converted part of our walk-out basement into an apartment for my mother-in-law and this company cleaned the carpets in that area. I was very pleased with the job they did and it makes her stay with us more comfortable. Their prices were comparable with some of the competitors.

Elite Carpet Care does high quality work. They showed up on time and the crew is very reliable. In my opinion they are very professional and they have reasonable pricing. I was happy with the overall work that was done and I have already recommended them.

The couch was stained in various places and the carpet was stained from pet stains and general soiling. They arrived promptly and were very professional and pleasant. The two guys that came worked very hard on both the couch and carpet. It wasn't just a swipe over and we are done. They really put effort into it to make everything come out as good as possible. The couch came out beautifully, almost like brand new and the carpet cleaned up extremely well. Every stain seemed to come out. When the carpet dried there were stills some pet stains remaining. I called the company back and the owner told me he would personally come out the next day and touch up the carpet. He and his brother were out promptly the next morning and took care of the few stains. They told me that pet stains sometimes require an extra cleaning and to call again if any stains come back. Family owned business is the way to go...You don't get this personal service from franchised-owned business in my experience.

They did a remarkable job of cleaning the carpets.

I called the company and spoke to one of the Abrahim brothers. He was very friendly and gave me an estimate over the phone and we set an appointment for pick-up. They arrived on time, confirmed the estimate and picked up the rugs. They estimated that cleaning would take 10 days. They returned the rugs on time. When they laid the rugs they were not happy with the odors remaining on the large oriental and they insisted on taking it back and recleaning it. When they returned, the rug was odor free. They had warned us that they would probably not be able to remove some of the stains on the needlepoint rug and that proved to be true. However, we were very, very happy with what they were able to accomplish. Both Orientals look and smell great. The needlepoint rug looks much better and is odor free.

Overall, both jobs were done excellently. Estimates were done and my questions answered promptly and fully. Workers showed up on time, were most efficient, respectful and were careful to care for furniture and other furnishings that had to be moved and/or protected. The kilim came out beautifully, the fringe repaired, colors vibrant. Wall-to-wall carpeting came out very well, also. The total cost of $269.50 included a 10% senior discount. I would happily recommend Elite Carpet Care to anyone, particularly for valuable Oriental carpets that need special attention.

The guys at Elite were careful to point out the stains that they didn't believe they could get out, and worked very efficiently. They were finished by the time they indicated that they would be, were conscientious and provided the Angie's discount without any question. Some pet stains did show back up after they left, but all in all they did a great job.

This is the second time I've been very satisfied.

The two-man crews arrived, after calling, a few minutes before the arranged window of time for service. They were uniformed, courteous, and very professional; a far cry from most carpet cleaning firms we've dealt with in the past. They measured the areas quickly and gave an exact price, including a senior citizen discount. They worked hard, cleaning all the areas, moving furniture as necessary and placing protectors under each piece. The results were excellent, especially the den, which came out much better than expected.
