They are very good. I have used them several times in the past. They always do really good work. They are usually always very punctual. They also move furniture themselves if they need to.

They came and cleaned professionally the family room and stairs. The stairs carpet looked almost like new with it being soft and fluffy. The one area in the family room after they had left still had some of the darkness from the unidentified stain. They said if it didn't come out after the drying to call and they would come back. I did call again and they were very polite and friendly and came back to try again. That time did take it completely out. I did have they do the carpets in the bedrooms since the carpet was so nice after they had finished the stairs. They were very polite and professional. Did not feel as if they were trying to get more money and perform more services at all. They placed the furniture and was very careful of my property and belongings.

They took the three rugs, they said that they had experience with Persian carpets, but when they brought them back the dye had run on two of them. They were great in responding to that. They took them back and had a different professional try to fix them at their charge. One of them was fixed, but the other, which had a white background, still has a visible stain. I appreciate that they did all of that at their expense. Peter, the owner, said that this was only the second time this has happened in twenty years. I was definitely upset, but in a service perspective, they did make an attempt to fix the problem at no charge. I appreciated them trying to help, but didn't appreciate that when they brought them back the second time they tried to tell me that it was a pre-existing stain.

They showed up on time, in the window they had. Pete was the team leader. They did a fine job. There were a couple of spots that didn't come up. For the most part, the carpet is in better condition than what it was. I feel like they need to indicate more clearly how long the carpet will take to dry. We were told anywhere from 8-24 hours. It depends on air flow as well, but ours took about 24 hours to dry. There were 1 or 2 spots on the wall from their equipment hitting. Those will need to be cleaned up. Other than that it was fine and we would use them again. They charge $.38 per square foot and $2.50 per stair. We used a coupon from Angie's List that took about $20 off.

They where very affordable. They came in and they where in and out in about an hour and a half. They told me that it would take 8 to 12 hours to dry, and that's correct. I had some stubborn stains and they took them out. I am very pleased. I would use them again.

It was a very good experience. The men that came were very polite and did an excellent job, there was an area I did not think could get clean and they got it back to pretty much original color. I thought that their pricing was very fair and lower than I anticipated.

They were very helpful, truthful and clean. They told me what it was going to cost at the beginning.

I called to schedule service. The response was timely and courteous. The workmen came in the time frame promised. They surveyed the work required and gave me a price for the work which I accepted. They worked efficiently and did a terrific job of cleaning very dirty wall to wall carpeting and upholstered pieces. They explained about a few spots they could not remove. The job took them about 4 hours and the carpet was mainly dry in 24 hours.

Scheduled about a month ahead (important during the summer!). They showed up on time, toured the house, measured the rooms and provided me with an estimate. Once I gave approval, they cleaned the carpet, paying attention to those areas I'd pointed out. When they were done everything looked great, however the next day, after the carpets had a chance to dry, a few stains came back (I'm assuming they seeped up from the padding). They were professional, polite and quick (about 1.5 hours).

The service couldn't have been better. My rug was so heavily burdened from numerous pet "accidents" that I was ready to take it to the dump. Instead, I decided to give Elite a shot at salvaging it (after having read positive reviews on Angie's List from clients with similar problems). My initial call was responded to immediately, and Pete (one of the owners) walked me through their approach. The first thing he wanted to make sure I understood was that they couldn't guarantee that they would be able to get rid of the pet odors. I told him I understood, but was ready to pitch the thing anyway, so why not give it a shot. We scheduled a pickup time, and the crew arrived right on time. The time frame for cleaning was just about what I was told to expect, and the delivery time was actually a little earlier than I had been told to expect. The carpet looks terrific, and I'm not living with urine odors anymore! The price was less than the original estimate. And Pete was going to give me the Angie's List member discount, even though the cost was less than the minimum usually required for the discount. This group is obviously VERY dedicated to excellent customer service, and it shows. I've already had them pick up a second rug for cleaning (this one hasn't been subject to the same abuse as the first), and plan on having them eventually clean the other 4 oriental rugs in the house.

It went very well. They were on time, professional, and efficient, and the carpet looks great! This is an update of a review first posted in 2008. We have been using Elite Carpet Care several times a year since then they have continued to do a great job.

I was impressed that the owners themselves came out. They were honest with me that it was out of their realm of being able to do anything about it. I was fine with the charge for coming out as they did give good advice and estimates. I will hire them to clean my carpeting in the future.

They fulfilled all that they promised to do, and more.

I called for them to clean upholstery, having used them for carpeting. They came when they said they would...early, in fact, explained the job, gave me an estimate, and got to work, The furniture looks much better, and the places they pointed out as problematic were not as bad as I feared.

The rugs ended up much cleaner. The team worked quickly and effectively. They were respectful of my home and property. Very good experience from start to finish.

They were VERY on time. Perhaps the most punctual I've ever had from a service provider coming to my house. They said they would be there between 1:30 and 2:30, and they actually showed up exactly at 1:30. It was a wonderful surprise to not have to wait around all afternoon for a service provider to show up. They were very professional and courteous. Really, my only complaint is that the carpets did not come out as clean as I expected. They looked good, but not great. In addition, either their shoes or equipment left two small stains on the carpet, each about the size of a quarter. It looked like it may have been from a wheel on the equipment or something. I didn't notice the stains until after they left so I didn't give them the opportunity to correct the mistake. I'm sure they could have fixed them had I notified them before they left. Honestly, I didn't supervise them at all or truly look the place over before signing off on everything, and that was probably my fault. They have a minimum fee of $165, which was more than I had been charged by others in the past, but only by $20-40, so not really a big deal. The punctuality was worth the $20 to me! I would hire again, but I would supervise a little better to make sure the finished product was what I was expecting before they left.

Very punctual, pleasant and professional, and on time. They did say they'd call before coming and did not call but showed up right on time. Good work on my old carpets and furniture. I would use them again, absolutely.

I called for an estimate and was told that they charge $0.38 per sq ft and $2.50 per stair. However, after talking to Pete, he told me they'd discount it down to $0.34 since we had all the furniture moved out in advance. Given the area they needed to clean, we estimated about $340-$400 to clean. His workers arrived 10 minutes early and surveyed the area. They were very polite and professional. They did a fantastic job, ensured we knew when it would be okay to walk on the carpet after cleaning, and were very quick. At the end the bill was less than half of what was originally estimated, and the carpets came out pristine. Excellent service!

My initial contact was with Pete. He was very reassuring that the job can be scheduled on short notice in a busy holiday week, and gave an over-the-phone estimate. His brother Sal and another worker arrived for the appointment punctually. Sal gave a slightly higher estimate upon measuring the townhouse, but that still remain reasonable; Sal also honored the discount that Pete mentioned for a house that's vacant. The job was done professionally and expeditiously.

While no one was in the office when I called, Pete responded quickly to the messages I left. He was pleasant to deal with and flexible in scheduling my appointment. I booked the first appointment of the day and was told that with a 7 a.m. start time, the cleaners should be at my home by 7:30. It turned out to be 8:00, which could have caused problems if I'd had somewhere else I needed to be, but was not a problem in this case. The cleaners were professional, quiet, and competent. I was told that there were some stains that were so deep they might not come out. While not invisible, they are much improved after cleaning. The other stains that were the impetus for getting the service are gone. The company has a $165 minimum charge for, I believe, 400 sq. ft. The square footage I had cleaned was very close to 400, and I was charged the minimum. The job was complete in less than an hour. The serviceman didn't offer any information after he was done, but he politely answered my questions. One quibble: the website claims that carpets will be dry in 6-8 hours, but I was told it would take 24. That's a big difference.

They gave me very good advice on the carpet like the kinds of padding I needed. They were professional and friendly. It's a small company but they came out and made sure they did everything correctly.

As stated earlier A+. My hat to Sam and Pete....plus the crew. The team showed up ahead of schedule. I had the same unit pricing, the office team quoted. The on site "firm bid" was done is less than 5 minutes and well lower than my original estimate. So, I added Scotch-Guard carpet protection to my job. I completely trust the guys both in terms of quality and leaving the house to them till the job was done.

I found Elite Carpet Care on Angie's List, and they lived up to their high ratings in every way. They were prompt, responsive, friendly, efficient, and helpful. Best of all, our carpets got the best cleaning of their lives, as it were. If I hadn't seen this with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed how much soil they removed from carpets which seemed only slightly soiled at the outset. So I took pictures to show my husband; I will attempt to upload them to the list. Last but certainly not least, the cost was extremely reasonable, which means we will be calling them more often in the future.

They did a great job. They were on-time, professional, and considerate, and the results are excellent.

The service technicians from Elite arrived within the given time frame and immediately went to work. They measured the square footage of the area to be cleaned and gave me an estimate. I pointed out some significant staining in the basement (courtesy of my cats) that needed extra attention. They hooked up their hose to my outside faucet and went to work. I'd say the work was completed within the hour with a minimum of fuss. Elite was able to get all the stains out of my basement carpet (which is Berber and apparently easier to clean) and it looked pretty good afterward, as did the rest of the carpets. The carpets took about 24 hours to dry completely. I thought they did a competent job and didn't leave any mess behind. I would use them again.
