I spoke with Sal on the phone several times to ask questions and then to make arrangements for pick up. He answered all my questions and never once made me feel that he wasn't happy to do so. I wanted to get a new under pad for one of the carpets. He quoted me a price and said that he would send along a piece/sample for me to look at. Two very polite men arrived for the pick up exactly on time. I mean to the minute!! They showed me the sample pad, which I did not buy, as it did not suit my needs. Then picked up the two carpets. I did not have to lift a finger. They relayed my message to Sal, that I did not want to purchase the padding. When my carpets came back two weeks later, they looked great. I only wanted one of the carpets put back down. I had asked to see the other carpet and then have them wrap it until I was ready to put it back down after my renovations. They did exactly that without any complaints. Again they were very punctual about arriving with the clean carpets at the time we had set up. I only waited about 10 minutes max. I really appreciated this courtesy of being punctual. How often have you sat waiting for hours for a serviceman to arrive. Overall a very positive experience.

I spoke with the owner on the phone, but I did not care for his attitude. He was not pleasant to talk to, and was rude and unfriendly. It seemed as though he did not care. I will not consider using this company.

I placed a call to Elite Carpet Care and call was returned about 48 hours later. I was quoted a price and given a date/time. They arrived within their date/time window and did the work for the quoted amount. Couch and loveseat looked much improved.

They picked up the rugs promptly and did an excellent cleaning job. They ran late returning them, but called to let us know.

I have used them for a couple of years. They are always on time and do great work in the time that is allotted for them.

I called Elite after seeing how highly they were rated on Angie's List. I called on a Thursday and made an appointment for Saturday after the following week. My girlfriend and I have never had our carpets cleaned before so we ended up thinking of many questions over the week plus before our appointment. I think I called Elite 3 or 4 times with more and more questions. They were always happy to take the time to answer all my questions and offered some suggestions on whether we should keep our dog in the house. A two person team that included one of the owners showed up about 10 minutes early -- after calling to make sure that would be ok. They measured the carpet to be cleaned and the price came out to be LESS then their initial estimate. They completed their work in about an hour and 45 minutes. They moved all of the furniture they needed to and put it back exactly where it was. Nothing else was disturbed. They used either styrofoam squares or plastic sheets under all table, couch and chair legs. The couches and carpet were both cleaner they we thought they would be when they were finished. There were several pet stains that we thought would be tough to get out, and maybe they were, but they were all taken care of. I recommend Elite without reservation.

I have wall to wall besides my kitchen and foyer. They were very good. I think their prices are fair, I have never had it done before, but they do it per square foot and I saw where others charge for it and it seems to be the same. They also clean a small rug too and don't charge me for that. I think it is a standard, fair price because it seems to be like what everyone else charges. I have been very happy with them. I may use them again, but I don't know if I would want to do the wet carpet cleaning again because it takes a while to dry. They are really good though, and they did a really good job. It's not because of them, I'm just not sure if I want that type of cleaning done again. If I did, I would use them.

They were very good. The couches and love seats were downstairs. I stayed in the room while they worked. They were very careful and very thorough. I got their name from Angie's list. They cleaned up after themselves.

They arrived on time, measured the floor areas to be cleaned, and gave me a final cost before starting the work. I pointed out stain areas, which they pretreated before cleaning. The carpets were clean and only damp when they finished and were completely dry within 24 hrs, as they promised. Two stains appeared after the carpets dried (1) in a heavy traffic area and (2) a new stain appeared in a bedroom. I called and left a message and the owner (Pete) called back in several hours. They returned at a convenient time for me to remove the stains. The first stain was removed with one followup, the 2nd stain required two return visits (each took only 10 min or so). The carpets look great.

They were there on time and did an extra room I asked them to do on the spot. I'd refer them to my real estate clients any day.

I thought they did a terrific and professional job. They moved some furniture to clean. They were fast and thorough. We were overall very satisfied.

The crew that came out called and let us know when they were on the way. They only did the one room, and did not know for sure if they had to do the stairs. They did come back that same day to finish the job. They did a very good job and I actually had some staining, but they took care of that.
