Superb.

The crew, led by Pete, was on time and ready to go. The estimate was consistent with what we had discussed on the telephone and in my opinion, very fair. While all of the stains could not be pulled out (it is very old carpet), it is a MAJOR improvement and will allow us to extend the life of the carpet for a few more years. All in all, they were a pleasure to deal with.

They returned my call the following day and scheduled the cleaning at a time that was convenient. They showed up on time, did an excellent job, and the price was expected. The family room carpeting/upholstery was very dirty, and they made it look good as almost new.

The company was very responsive to my e-mail asking for an estimate. A date was available shortly after I called. My time frame was 9:00 - 10:00 and the two workers arrived at 9:10. They did a very good job cleaning and removing pet stains; efficient and polite. They moved chairs and sofas. I would use them again.

The guys showed up at the front-end of the window of time. They were polite, efficient, and clean despite the fact that the walkway and front porch were under several inches of ice. The finished product was excellent, and I will bring them back to do another level in the near future. Bonus: The owner sent a Thank you card.

Appeared good at first, but found they missed some spots. As I am moving in, I do not have the time to deal with calling them back. Their base price is a little high, but I chose to go with them anyway because of their reputation. They were very responsive and good about calling.

They were on time and were able to get out the stains on both of the white love seats, except for a few along the bottom of one of them, fortunately they were very small and not noticeable. The stains on the seats were quite noticeable, so we're very pleased that they were able to remove them. The employees were professional and easy to work with.

They were prompt, polite, neat, did a good job and were reasonably priced. They were also good about returning my call when I had first called to schedule an appointment. Two other highly rated companies did not return my calls.

They arrived promptly and worked professionally. The results were quite good. The carpets and couch looked great. They were able to remove a number of stains which had been around for years. One problem was that the part of the carpet on a stairway next to the wall remained less clean. After I complained about this, they returned another day to make a special extra effort with good results. So they do care about pleasing the customer. I would use them again.

I was given a time frame of 8-10 AM. The driver called at 7:56 for directions from a Maine St. He arrived by 8:07. I was so impressed as this has never happened before that a carpet cleaning service was on time. Both workers were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They measured my carpet, gave me a price, and then proceeded to do the work. My office carpet was extremely dirty and all of the stains were removed. I was so impressed that I gave them a large oriental rug from my living room to take back to their facility for cleaning.

I called and gave the dimensions of the basement to be cleaned. I was quoted per square mt. When they arrived to do the job I was told there was a minimum charge that was more than double the price of the job per square mt. When I called the manager to ask about this, I was screamed at and maltreated in the most unprofessional way ever!

They called back within an hour of my message, scheduled an appointment within my timeframe, called in advance, showed up on time, did a very thorough job in a short amount of time, and were professional throughout. Then they sent a thank you note. I couldn't' have asked for a better experience.

They were on time, courteous, extremely careful, detailed and did a fantastic job! I will recommend them to everyone!

Pete Abrahim and an assistant were on time, very polite, very helpful, and extremely efficient. The company was very reasonably priced. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

THEY WERE TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID THE JOB AS PROMISED. THEY WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND FOLLOWED MY REQUESTS PERFECTLY. I THOUGHT THE CARPETS LOOKED MUCH BETTER AFTER THEY WERE HERE.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND ARE VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD AT GETTING SPOTS OUT AND IF THEY CANNOT GET A SPOT OUT, THEY WILL COME BACK AND FIX IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS.
