Description of Work: I telephoned and made an appointment for Don to come to look at our yard and give us recommendations and estimates. He did not show up or telepohone, but did phone a week or ten days later and we made a new appointment. This appointment was not kept either but he did call shortly in advance and we set a third time. This time he did come, and we discussed possibilities for stone patios and a deck. He said he would get back to us with a specific proposal and estimate. We did not hear from him again.

The estimating went well.
Description of Work: I called the company during the last week of August 2010 and the estimators came on time for their appointment Sept 3. They both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I received their estimate within several days. I did not choose them for price reasons. They were about $500.00 higher than the Company I chose. The company I chose also discussed a permit/license for the fence, secured the necessary County papers and provided me with a copy - Diversified did not mention the need for paper work.

Description of Work: Called to get an estimate. They were punctual with the appointment. I did not use this company because their estimate for the work was 3x what my other 2 estimates from other companies were, and they took longer to get me the estimate and confused my information with someone elses.

Hello, Member. Although we didn't get the chance to do any work for you, we are nonetheless very disappointed in the grades you gave us in your report. This is the first time we've ever received anything lower than a "B", as you can see from our complete history here on Angie's List. We have always taken great pride in our positive and appreciative feedback here on this site, and wish you would've had the same experience with us. I see that price was the main reason you went with another company, and that is understandable given the economy, etc. Not knowing the type and/or quality of the other companies you received estimates from, I can say that our competitive pricing is actually a selling point in doing with us, as most of our Angie's List reports here can attest. We always tell our clients that we are not "the cheapest guys in town", nor would we ever want to be, as our quality of work and personal service deserve more. That being said, I sincerely wish you the best of luck with your project, and hope everything goes well. If there is ever any other work you're considering having done, I would truly hope you would contact us and allow us another chance to earn your business and show why we have received "A's" from all members who we've actually done work for.
