They will walk you through each step and very thorough with all the information. 2) Flexibility – I had to reschedule a few of the appointments due to family life. ARHT was very courteous and worked with me around my hectic family schedule. 3) High Quality Workmanship – ARHT is exceptional in this area. From the materials to the installation, it was excellent quality of work. Very thorough in their process! 4) Amazing Warranty – If you say you’re a great company, your warranty needs to show for it. I don’t think anyone in the industry can match their 10 year warranty! Couldn’t find one! 5) Excellent Service – When you pay for a service, you expect people to do their job. ARHT didn’t just do their job, they went above and beyond for our family. We had a few old exhaust vents on the roof, they painted all of it black to match the color of our roof. Much appreciated for this! Not many contractors would go above and beyond for their customers. ARHT did! Enough said. I’m really impressed with Michael Anthony from ARHT Home absolutions, his professionalisms and sincerealism on every step of the roof work process from the beginning to end was amazing. He called me most every day to give an update on the work. This is my first time hiring someone for this large of a project I had so many doubts to do it or not but Michael explained so well and gave the confidence to go head with the roof project. My roof looks so beautiful that I am getting complements from my neighbors every time that I am outside. We used ARHT Home Solutions to replace our roof, skylights, gutters, cap our rake and fascia boards, and to repair and paint damaged drywall in our family room. ARHT far exceeded my expectations in all areas. They are efficient and provide a high-quality product. All staff are well-trained and very professional. Everything was so well-coordinated from the initial consultation to the final clean up. I could not be any happier with the finished product. I was mowing my lawn when the owner of the company, Michael Anthony, saw the state of my roof and reversed his truck and pulled him to my driveway to attend to it immediately. And thank God he did. The roof had been replaced recently so the insurance company didn't want to do all the things they were supposed to have done. He got on the phone with us with the insurance adjuster and pointed out holes that they said they didn't know about previously in spite of having been sent the pictures. Then they tried their best to not do all the stuff that needed to be done in order for the job to be up to code. Additionally, several violations were pointed out by the previous contractor it may have already compromised the roof integrity so, I'm glad we got him. He walked me through what needed to be done and educated me on roofing in general. The work, was done quickly and efficiently and with minimal clutter, and afterwards again, the owner, Michael Anthony, explain everything that he had done, showed us some things that may need to be done, which were optional, and showed us stuff that you didn't have to do but he did it anyway. He also offered to come back if I had any additional questions or complaints. If George Clinton had been here, he would have said " they really tore the roof off the muthasucka!!".

Getting a new roof during a pandemic isn’t easy, but Michael kept in touch with us on every step. I didn’t really believe him when he said he could do our (big!) job in one day, but he brought a big crew and they worked non-stop. We are very happy with our beautiful new ARHT roof. (And everything was totally cleaned up when they left!)

We hired Arht home solutions to install our roof here in silver spring, they did a great job ! They even came back to check as we thought our chimney was leaking,but found that it was from another contractor that used the wrong size chimney cap ! To find an honest contractor is really hard to come by, we are so glad to choose them !

I was very pleased with the EXCELLENT job done by Michael and his ARHT crew in replacing my storm damaged roof. We hired ARHT Home Solutions to do multiple projects for our home. We originally hired them to do a roof, siding and windows a couple of years ago and was extremely pleased with ARHT services We have returned as a customer to our surprise to install kitchen lighting for our cabinets as we didn’t know ARHT provided this, meanwhile while Michael consulted for us we found a need to hire them to install a new front door. We had just installed the same door three years ago. However, we needed the entire framing replaced along with a door. The installers found while they we’re installing it, rotted wood on our floor just starting to get into our home underneath our newly installed tile flooring. We are so happy to have had them consult for us otherwise we would have never known that we had an ant infestation. The door looks amazing and is very heavy duty. Its Brilliantly red the way I like it They installed custom hand railing for our steps that was approved by the HOA requirements- amazing ! Also we had multiple contractors out here looking at our chimney which was a sieve for air and had during the winter cold air coming in. ARHT took care of this issue as well, where no one else was able to do so. It has dropped five degrees within an hour as we used a thermometer to test it after they left during the hot summer. All in all we couldn’t recommend them enough. If we had more projects we would provide it to them, however we’ve taken care of everything else at this point.

I am 150% satisfied with the work ARHT Home Solutions did on my home. I would refer Mike and his company to everyone who needs roofing or home improvements done on their home. Mike was very thorough in explaining and comparing the roof repairs replacement when he comes. He made sure I understood everything they were going to do on my roof. On the day his company came, his crew first made sure to put tarps down for debris and not to do any harm to home. They were very efficient and well trained in the job they were doing and Mike kept me informed with texts and pictures with each step they did to my roof. ARHT home solutions installed my roof. The team with the owner Michael were very clean in doing the job and installed my roof in one day. My roof was in bad shape which needed to have all the boards on the roof replaced. Michael worked with me in order to keep me under budget for this job and provide me with a complete brand new roof. Michael kept me in the loop with updates including pictures from beginning to end of the whole process. It was a painless project which Michael made sure that I was not stressed out on. Michael's team provided excellent service with keeping my yard clean from all debris and cleaned up my yard which was much better than any lawn service has every provided. In the end I was very pleased with whole process and looking forward to completing my other projects with ARHT in the future.

At first I was extremely apprehensive about buying all new windows for my home from one vendor all at once. Because, I was completely burned in the past from a previous contractor and they installed a few of my windows about 3 years ago and didn’t complete the job, it was a horrible experience and left a very negative feeling regarding purchasing windows from anyone in the future with the fear of being taken advantage of again. However, after analyzing and getting great descriptions of the windows and the installation process, I found it worth taking the chance and in my best interest to have ARHT Home Solutions do the work for me. His workforce was very professional and I was very satisfied with my new windows. I have decided also to use ARHT to install a new front door and storm door after the completion of the new windows that were installed. They showed up on time and was very patient with me, the work ethic was great through the entire process and am completely satisfied.

Of the four roofing vendors I interviewed, ARHT Home Solutions came out the clear winner. They provided the most comprehensive information and did the most thorough aerial inspection of our roof. Delivery of material was quick and efficient, and the install on our townhouse was completed in one day. When issues were encountered, solutions were quickly resolved. High winds were encountered on the day of install and blew debris in all directions. Yet the workers thoroughly scoured the area to make sure they left a clean work site. Finally ARHT followed up to make sure of our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
