They told us when they would be there and they were very prompt. They went under the house and told me everything they were going to do and then communicated what they did to fix it. Since our system is 29 years old, they told us what to look for if the water tank under the house starts to go and approximately how much it will cost to replace it. They fixed the problem but didn't over burden us with cost of doing something beyond what was needed at that moment. They were polite and efficient. I will always call them first if I ever have a problem again.
Description of Work: We lost water use in the afternoon during the 90+ heat spell with an infant in the house. Called and talked to their service, they called right back and said the best they could do was to be there 8 am - 8:30 am the next morning. The other company we contacted and left a message never called us back. They arrived at 8:30 and determined it was the pressure switch on the well and replaced it. We had water back by 9am!

We were ready to start building our house when, at the last minute, the health department decided we needed a new well. Our contractor was worried because it took so long to get a well drilled in Cecil County. Because of our property shape, the well had to be drilled BEFORE work started on the house. I called two well drillers in Cecil County - and am still waiting to hear back from them. My husband remembered a company in Denton, MD that goes to third world nations and drills wells as charity. I called them - and had a guy at the house the NEXT day - and the well DRILLED less than a week later! It was scary, because you pay by the foot - and have no idea how deep they'll have to go. The guy estimated 75 feet - and I think it came in at 73. I'd heard horror stories of wells costing tens of thousands of dollars - we were thrilled with our price. It was also fascinating to watch - what a process! And - our water is outstanding!
Description of Work: Drilled a new well, ran pipe to house, filled old well.
