 + -1 moreBrandon is awesome! He scheduled me in time for my party, (which was unfortunately not a lot of notice for him!) and everything looked amazing when he was done. I was hesitant to let him do my interior windows because my house was such a mess (I have a young baby), but the tools he has and uses to get to everything made his job fast and easy, so I was glad I let him go ahead and do them. I felt the prices were very reasonable for all the work he did. I don't know if he charged me extra to do the baby items, or if he was just doing them to be a nice guy, but I had an infant excer-saucer that I was going to throw out because it had been stored in my basement - it looked disgusting! - but Brandon said to let him try to get it clean. He certainly did! I was worried about putting a young baby into something so dirty, but by the time he finished with it, it looked brand new and was probably cleaner than if I would've gotten it out of a box from a store! Words can't even describe what he did for my $79 IKEA (indoor/outdoor) kitchen rug! I was ready to throw that thing out too, (I have a dog...need I say more?) but again, Brandon made it look brand new. This is the second time he's done work for me, but I didn't know the first time around that I could give him a review on Angie's list. The only reason I hate to give him such a great review is that I hate to think he'd be busy next time I'm in a pinch! He's a great guy, hard worker, good value and excellent result - HIGHLY recommend! A+++

Delmarva has never let me down. I have recommended to my community and he has been doing more and more of the communities' houses.

Description of Work: Washed windows inside and out and left them gleaming, including some high interior windows. He was efficient and neat. He even pointed out a problem he saw on my roof, which was helpful.

 + -1 more.The contractor arrived on time. He immediately started the outside work. When completed outside, he came and completed the work. In addition to the scheduled cleaning, he volunteered to dust the ceiling fan and did other dusting on the ceiling. In addition to windows, the contractor also cleans home exteriors. This is a contractor that I would hire again - ('cause I don't do windows anymore..
Description of Work: Clean inside and outside of windows. Job consisted of cleaning a total of 12 rectangular windows plus a decorative curved window. Outside windows extend to over 25 feet from the ground and the inside are over 20 feet high. The total width is 10m feet. Contractor made and submitted an estimate of the job. We then coordinated a mutually agreeable time to access my house.
