It didn't... after the initial call and appointment, I received the estimates via e-mail as promised. I contacted the office number provided on the estimate, which was an answering machine, and accepted BOTH the proposals, NO RETURN CALL. I called the number again and left a message, NO RETURN CALL. After waiting 10 days, I called a cell phone number I was given and got Wayne, (the owner?), and was told that he wasn't going to be able to do the work, he was too busy. I received the estimates on July 13th, and I finally made contact on the 25th... he didn't have the professionalism or decency to return my calls and messages to let me know he wouldn't be able to do the work he proposed. One of the systems was going into a remodel project and the rest of the job was on hold until the HVAC was installed and he knew that!! No consideration at all!! Left every other contractor hanging... I wouldn't waste your time with this company, he just wastes your time.
