+ -1 moreExcellent. I read up on what might cause weak water pressure with a well pump and came to the conclusion it was a damaged tank bladder. Brian came by to assess and came up with a much different (and less expensive) solution tand set a time with us to return. He showed up exactly on time, installed a new pressure switch and guage. Then he charged the tank (which had developed a low air volume) and calibrated the system to operate properly. The improved water pressure was immediate and he and his partner were out in 30 minutes. Brian could have simply taken my layman's guess about the problem and upsold me a more expensive solution. He did not. He is an honest and skilled professional.
Description of Work: Troubleshoot and repair weak water pressure.

Description of Work: After reviewing several bids for a new well for a new residence we were building in Tracys Landing MD I selected Arundel Well & Pump Service. His prices were the most reasonable and he seemed to ensure he knew as much as possible about our well and pump requirements before he made his bid. When it came time to run our underground electric lines I contacted Brian Kloby at Arundel Well and Pump and asked if he would bury his well lines first so the electric lines would not be a problem with the well line. He gladly went and buried his pipe and left a marker for the well location that would be dug in the future. Brian would stop by periodically to check on the construction to ensure he knew when his services would be required. Eventually we were ready after lots of construction delays and Brian, Chad and Phil showed up to dig our new well. They stayed late into the evening to ensure it was completed and functional. They returned to show us all we needed to know about using the well and that should we need service they were only a phone call away. They did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new well or service on an existing well. They are very hard workers and bride themselves in providing excellent results.
