Started work in August 2012, completed work in February 2013. That should say it all. Never, ever would I recomend this company. If you decide to go with them, get every little detail in writing. And I mean every little detail.

The company is very responsive. They're the first to call me after I submitted the request on ServiceMagic. When I later asked for references, they also went out of their way to get the phone numbers with former customers' permission. Ken is a kind guy to deal with. He's very professional and punctuate. He tried to reach me to reschedule the appointment. But I didn't get the message on my work phone because I was out for that day. He showed up at my house right on time and prepared a detailed proposal explaining the whole process step by step. I prefer it this way because instead of explaining things verbally, you can always check the details later and avoid any misunderstanding. I checked the references they provided and all were satisfied with their work. However, I didn't choose them ( and feel bad about it) because they're not the lowest price. I will consider them in the future for other home improvement projects.

The roof job they did. The price was ok. They had to come out several times to repair. I had to take pictures and send it to them because they wouldn't come out. They were horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. The flashing of the roof was the problem they could not work with it.

Ken Ferber was a dream to work with. He communicated with us in a timely and clear manner. His work crew was on time, neat, and did an outstanding job on our roof installation, which was full of gables, valleys and a very steep roof pitch. He is rated to provide the highest warranties on Certainteed and other roofing products. He also worked with us in scheduling his roofing crews around other subcontractors working on the house. I would give him the highest recommendation as a fair and ethical contractor who takes pride in his product and his reputation.
