Ron Air Inc. went above and beyond to remove our old units and install the new units. The house remained free of debris and the men were very personable and polite throughout the process. They have been servicing our units many years and we finally needed to replace two of the units. We went with Ron Air due to our previous relationship with them and are looking forward to more outstanding service.

Everything went well. I received a couple different estimates but decided to go with Ron Air since they are local and we've had them at our house before and were pleased with their work. The technicians showed up when they said they would, did a great job installing the components and explained how everything worked.

Everything went very smoothly and professionally, from the office staff, to the estimator and the installer. Everyone arrived on time, answered my many questions, and could not have been more helpful. Bill, Pat and Joe were simply wonderful to work with.

Everything went as smoothly as can be expected. The replacement took roughly eight hours. We had some confusion with the thermostat configuration, but they identified the issue during their normal testing and resolved it before leaving. Since then the unit has worked great and it appears to run about half as much as the old unit.

I got quotes from about 5 providers. While Ron Air wasn't the cheapest, I really liked their customer service and communication. I asked quite a few questions, and they were the only provider that consistently got back to me with answers. I asked them if they could do a heat load calculation since I received quotes between 3 and 5 ton from different providers and didn't want to oversize. They approved my request and sent out a guy that week. He found that the A/C needed to be a little bigger than they originally thought, but the heat was right on. The installers came out a couple weeks later and did the installation. It took all day, but we had heat that night. The only problem was that one of our returns was VERY loud. I emailed Ron Air that night and the next morning they sent someone out to fix it. He confirmed that they forgot to cut one of the new returns open, did so, then lined the noisy return to further reduce noise. I am very happy with the result - the furnace works great! We've had it running about 4 days with no issues. Everyone I encountered both on the phone and in person were very professional, personable and helpful. This is the most important thing to me other than quality of service, so I really felt like I made the right decision the whole time. I would recommend Ron Air to anyone.

They're a small company and they're really good.

They're outstanding and trustworthy. I've actually left them here with the door unlocked to do work. They call me when they get ready to leave and want to know if I want to lock the door. They're very good.

They were able to come over on short notice. What I really liked was I called them around noon, and had an appointment scheduled the next day, but they were able to come over the same day and called me and rescheduled. Mark identified the problem very quickly, and had a spare part on hand, and replaced it, all very quickly. The part was pricey, but I couldn't be more satisfied. A++

The motor was acquired and installed the day after the problem was diagnosed. Service was quickly and professionally completed. Variable speed motor (from Carrier) was expensive.

Couldn't have been more pleased with Ron Air. I spoke with several other HVAC contractors and I appreciated that it was a no salesy approach to working with me. Bill came out, gave me an honest assessment of what I would need to replace a 17-year-old system and had a quote out to me promptly. Pat then was easy to work with to get the contract signed and set up an installation date. It can also be confusing with all the rebates floating around and their contract laid that out clearly. On the day of installation, the two-man crew arrived promptly. They were professional and polite and completed the job without a hitch. They walked me through using the new thermostat and had all the paperwork with serial numbers for me to easily complete my warranty information with Trane online. From start to finish, this was a professional outfit with knowledgeable and experienced staff that made me comfortable and ultimately did a great job. When my other furnace/AC go out, I will call them again.

So far excellent. They did a great job of preparing the area to keep the carpet in our basement clean, disassembled the old equipment and removed it, installed the new ductwork, and units, including pulling new high and low pressure lines to the outside unit, retrofitting the existing humidifier to the new unit, and making all needed plumping update and connections. WHen finished they started the unit to ensure it was functioning properly and gave me an overview of the new units functions, filter location for future changes and walkthru of the new thermostat functions.

Happy with the system and how it was installed. Technicians were prompt, professional, very courteous and hardworking. Took time to fully explain how to use the new system (after installation). The entire job took two days. Both inside and outside work was very neatly completed.

I got quotes from four different companies. The Lennox heat pump was much more expensive. The Carrier was about $2000 dollars higher and the forth company(can't remember the name) was slightly lower. I checked the reputations of the companies and their products. Ron Air had the best reviews. Their Trane system was also at the top of the reviews. After experiencing their instillation, I can easily see why Ron Air rated so highly. I chose a 17 sere system because of the two stage heat pump for better efficiency. The system itself cost about $12000 with about $3000 for the duct work.

All of Ron Air's employees, from Pat in their front office to all of the techs that visited my home, were very professional, knowledgable, and (most importantly for me) trustworthy. They assessed my problem, keeping me informed of their process and and their findings. They took their time to make sure that I understood everything that they were finding/doing. They helped me find the most appropriate (effective and affordable) action that should be taken and they completed the work in a professional and effective manner.

Very positive experience. The company I originally bought the system from was making the replacement more of a production than I thought necessary. So I called Ron Air When I called to discuss what needed to be done and ask for an approximate cost, they gave me a rough idea over the phone. When Bill came out to look at the job he said it would be more straight forward than many replacements and gave me a lower quote. They got the replacement installed within a week and everything went perfectly. Wonderful company to deal with, great people and the cost to me was substantially less than the original installer wanted for the job.

In addition to bi-annual service Ron Air has installed two new Trane HVAC systems in our 17 year old home this year. No one likes to have to spend so much on HVAC in one year but it's an excellent long term investment in our 17 year old home, and something we've enjoyed since the first one was installed in March and the second in August. The Trane equipment is clearly superior to the builder-grade equipment we had. The decision to go ahead with this project was made easy by the value added relationship and performance we've experienced with Ron Air for many years.

Everyone at Ron Air that I had the pleasure of talking with is very friendly and helpful. They provided information on a variety of Trane systems available for our home and helped me choose the best one given our budget and our heating and cooling needs. It has been about two weeks since the installation was completed. I am very satisfied with Ron Air's services and the performance of our new Trane HVAC system. When our 22 year old air Trane air conditioner gave up, Ron Air promply came out to check it out and then gave us an estimate on a replacement. They managed to fit us in their schedule a few days later and had the new system up and cooling very effectively in a few hours. Ron Air was the company that installed our original system and they were always quick to come out and put things in order if we needed service. We trust them to be truthful and to do a good job.
