Description of Work: They came to look at our HVAC unit which we thought needed replacing. We eventually went with another company, but RonAir came RIGHT AWAY even though they didn't have any available appointments!

Description of Work: They did maintenance on 2 heat pumps to prepare for AC season. The upstairs heat pump needed a lot of Freon, hence the large expense.

Description of Work: New Trane High efficiency furnace and 3.5 ton A/C installed. Workmen wore booties and laid paper to keep floors clean. Explained all parts of installation in detail, allowed my sister to record the process for removing and cleaning the new Air Cleaner filters. They installed the A/C first, to get the house comfortable quickly. Left no messes. Called to let her know when crew would arrive. A very professional group!

Description of Work: After asking two ac vendors to troubleshoot our outside Heat Pump unit not operating we finally had an assessment that the outside coils were leaking Puron refrigerant. We received two estimates for repair versus replacement. Repair would be about $1500-2000 versus replacement of about $3500. The broken HP unit was a Rheem 13 Seer 4 ton unit. We decided to go with Ron Air after they cam out and did a thorough review of existing unit plus cost of replacement. We decided to install an AC unit rather than a another heat pump since we had a high efficiency gas system and cost of natural gas had dropped so much much that we never used the HP for heat (only as a AC unit). |Ron Air came out the following week to install a new Trane 13 Seer 4 ton AC unit. All went well and we are very pleased with Ron Air. |

Description of Work: Our heat pump stopped working. I fully expected to purchase a new HVAC system as ours is 20+ years old. Ron Air came out, found that there was a broken part on the heat pump and fixed it. System is still going strong 15 months later.
