Pro Landscapes replaced by rear retaining wall and installed several stepping stone paths. It was a tough job since my yard does not allow any access for machines. Timeliness of contractors is a HUGE deal to me and they showed up each day on time when they said they would. The team was so professional and kind. Overall, I had a great experience and my wall & pathways look beautiful.

Great work and reasonably priced. They helped me to build a paver patio in the backyard, and it looks great. Will definitely hire them again for future projects.

Amazing work by David and team. We gave them a very complex job and they executed flawlessly. They built a retaining wall, flattened the land (we live on a hill), built a patio and a play area for our kids. Fantastic work all around.

I worked with Pro Landscapes on a very involved replacement of a 140' retaining wall that had failed in my backyard. David, the company owner, guided me and stuck with me throughout the engineering, design, and permitting phases that were needed. He also overcame big site access challenges to make the project possible and hold down costs. Throughout the project David was communicative and clearly explained the options available and progress. I'm thrilled with the end result, a sturdy and attractive wall that will last, along with a repaired stacked stone wall that was also failing, and new stone patio. I highly recommend Pro Landscapes, and am looking forward to working with them on several other projects in the future.

I contacted Pro Landscapes on a Wednesday afternoon and explained my situation and the desire to have a patio completed in time for my son's first birthday. That evening, David contacted me and took the time (almost an hour!) to go over the details of what they could do and how they could get it done. And without any hesitation he said he could make it happen despite the short notice and the time crunch (less than 2 1/2 wks). Within a week his crew was on site and one week later, including a 2 day rain delay and a holiday, and they were complete! The patio looks better than what we could've imagined! Additionally, David, Lisa, and his team on site ensure to maintain exceptional communication throughout the entire process from start to finish! Thank you Pro Landscapes for such an amazing job!

Pro Lawn Care did a great job installing flagstone retainer wall in my backyard around the tree and also had a wall installed in the front porch flower beds very professional , easy to work with and skilled workers.

Pro Lawn came to my residence once and the job was not completed to my satisfaction, so I called the company and spoke with the owner and he assured me that he would send out more employees to have the problem fixed the way we wanted it to be done. They did come out to redo the job and it was done to our satisfaction.

Got in an argument with the project manager (or owner) from Pro Lawn Care over his billing me for hours that his crew was not at my house and I was threatened that he would send a crew with a jackhammer to remove the tile (which I provided) and take the concrete out!!!!unless I paid the disputed $97. The installation of the tiles was not done professionally and I had to advise the installer how to do it right. I do not recommend this company.

My house flooded twice in the past year (before I bought it) due to poor drainage. When I purchased the home, I immediately called Pro Lawn Care to get a French drain installed. Even in a light rain, the sump pump in the crawl space would cycle for days at a time. After the 100 ft French drain was installed I haven't heard it turn on once, even during prolonged, heavy rain storms. I was very impressed with the company's communication and professionalism. While the price was a bit higher than some other quotes I received, I ended up going with Pro Lawn Care because their solution to my problem seemed the most comprehensive. I believe in paying for quality and that is certainly what I received. I'm hiring them again to put in a new 400 sq ft patio and can't wait to see how it turns out.

Dave covered our front porch, steps and walkway in beautiful bluestone. It’s now the envy of the neighborhood. Several people have stopped by to ask who did the work. This company comes highly recommended. They are very skilled.

Horrible. The crew was late then sat around or barely worked. The work they did do was shorty and had to be redone because I refused to accept the horrible workmanship. The crew then disappeared for several hours and returned smelling strongly of Marijuana. The owner made excuses and then tried to charge me for rework to correct errors and charge me for work that they did not perform at all. It is been a battle from the moment they showed up late until the ongoing over billing dispute. I regret working with these guys. The owner was very disrespectful in his interactions with me when I attempted to voice my concerns about the quality of work. I would never use this company again and would never recommend them, especially knowing that the problem is from the top down.

Great customer service! Went over and beyond to make sure we were happy! Would Hire them again beautiful work!!

Many issues with this company, I will just touch on the major issues. Was supposed the reduce the front step to 6-7 inch and ending up raising the height to 11 inch when repaired did a horrible job spreading out the grade throughout the walkway. Also ran over our planter and threw on the back of his truck saying make like it never happened. Started job December 9th supposed to be 22 days long ended March 8th. Never cleaned the flagstone of excess mortar because left it to harden for 3 weeks. Also layed the stone when it was too cold and now many stones are loosening already. Ruined the transition to our pool, now we have hired another contractor to fix problem at a cost of $17,000. Failed to replace separators in the concrete and new contractor has an exception to that failure in his contract. Replacement wall did not fill the footprint of old wall and tried to say he gave us an extra 12 inches when measured it was 6 inches short. In short it was a 3 months disaster. Like watching a car wreck in slow motion. Believe me when I say this is the short version.

Pro Lawn Care certainly improved our curb appeal, our new flag stone porch & walkway definitely is the conversation site.

David kept me informed and on top of every aspect ensuring things were completed to my satisfaction. Great job guys!!!! Looking forward to doing business again in the future.

We are thrilled with our new patio! The quality craftsmanship, attention to details, and creative solutions made our patio a backyard oasis. Dave, Jon and their crew did an excellent job of making sure all our questions were answered and all our needs addressed. We’ve received so many compliments and we are thoroughly enjoying our flagstone showpiece!

Total professionals. We were very impressed with the planning and execution of the landscaping work they performed. The workers were very focused and considerate. The president of the company was very responsive to our communications and made excellent suggestions on how to solve some nagging drainage issues. It was great working with the team at Pro Lawn Care, I would recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality help with their landscaping needs.

Overall wonderful experience. Even with a couple of rain days, and a last minute change in the border pavers, they were still able to finish on schedule. I would definitely recommend Pro Lawn Care. The crew was professional and the company provided good feedback throughout the process.
