The whole crew knew exactly what needed to be done and did the job professionally and in good time. They dug up shrubs, old plants, planted new flowers, grasses, bushes, etc. exactly the way I wanted it done. I was 100 percent satisfied.

ProLawn rehabbed and enlarged my rain garden. They were punctual and cleaned up well after completion. It looks good and I think it will perform its function. Dave and his crew were easy to work with-would certainly use them again.

While located remotely, at the place of my work, I contracted Pro Lawn Care, LLC (Dayton MD) to do certain landscaping works on my property in Baltimore MD. The work was done partially and in general, far below quality levels accepted as the norm in the industry. On 09.13.19 I received some photos of works that were supposedly done. As it is hard to evaluate the quality of work only based on several photos, I trusted the PLCs owners (David Nutter) professional credentials and sent him $1,700.00. However, when I finally arrived in Baltimore MD, I saw the landscaping was actually done in the way, very different from what was reported and expected. In the end, he tried to bully and intimidate me to prevent posting negative reviews. The full email exchange along with photos will be shared with the HomeAdvisor management.

The owner himself communicated with me constantly. He put the plan for my yard in writing including things that I wanted, as well as things that my yard needed. I especially liked the detailed contract listing the work to be done and the cost per item. I was always aware of when my work was scheduled, including delays due to weather. The staff worked neatly and completed the work on time as promised. I would use this company again. I recommend that you give them a call for your needs.

Great experience with this company. I have a small townhouse with a small lawn and seven men came out to put down side and they did a great job and everyone was courteous and pleasant. Do not hesitate to hire them.

This is an addendum to the initial review below. After Mr Nutter and I discussed my issues, he confirmed with his crew that some of the work was not completed. He returned and repaired the area of the patio that required attention. It looks quite good and I am very satisfied with this workmanship as I did not contract to have the entire patio reworked. You cannot even tell where the repairs were made as it looks consistent throughout. I appreciated the attention Mr Nutter paid to my project when he discovered the issue. Original review: Never personally met with the contractor and all correspondence was done online. This obviously led to a misunderstanding regarding the repair and small areas of the patio that I thought would be repaired based on our correspondence was not done. The section of the patio that was repaired was not graded appropriately and there is good chance this will hold water. Mr Nutter was extremely prompt in responding to my questions and I did expect a better outcome as I felt we were clear and on the same page. The workmanship was excellent and low work quality rating is based on unmet expectations. I am sorry I did not contract for the entire area to be reworked and this could have been avoided.

Very pleased and would highly recommend ProLawn Care. Contacted other companies who never showed up or never sent a quote; David from ProLawn Care came to our house the day after we called him, sent the quote the same day in the evening, and his team finished the job in two days.

Quote process was straight forward and left me confident that they could handle my hard-cape repair well. When Nick started the job it was clear that he was very skilled at pavers and hardscaping. He did an excellent job repairing the sunken pavers and wall caps and the job turned out perfectly. Dave and Nick were both excellent from a customer satisfaction standpoint. Would hire them again without a second thought.

The company's goal is customer satisfaction and they were responsive and worked to make sure my questions were answered and the work was completed with care and quality. All of the people that I came into contact with were helpful, reliable and easy to work with.

Hired them for a large landscaping project in backyard. Dave was very responsive with the initial consult and estimate. Start date was delayed a couple of days due to rain, but once they were able to start, the job was done on time with no surprises. Very nice work, crew was excellent and professional, and the backyard looks great!
