Description of Work: Overall a good experience. Some difficulty with communication and timeliness. Some corners were cut on the project but the owner responded appropriately. FIREPLACE: The masonry work on the fireplace was outstanding! |If it were not for the communication breakdown I would have given an A.

+ -1 moreThey were really good. They were professional, on time, and very good at communicating with us. They came recommended by our bank, USAA. The work they did turned out fantastic. Our interactions with them were great. They were awesome. I kind of miss them.
Description of Work: For my remodeling, I used Nichols Brothers. They redid our bathroom and our kitchen. They completely gutted the kitchen and bathroom and rebuilt it or renovated it.

+ -1 moreI would not recommend this company based on their lack of professionalism and tardiness throughout the project. The workers didn't show up on time or at all on some days.
Description of Work: Repaired damages from sewage pipe break. Construction and repairs of plaster ceiling, walls, doors and door frames, refinishing wood floors, painting, drywall repair, and carpet installation.

+ 1 moreBasement renovation was as expected with beautiful results. Nichols builders are very professional. Outside work was completed in 3 weeks when original quote was 1 week! Otherwise work and price were great.
Description of Work: They did complete basement renovation and replaced soffits, fascial gutters and downspouts on entire house.

Description of Work: I contacted Matt regarding some roof leaks. He promptly had one of his expert roofers come and take care of the problem. Some vent pipe boots needed to be replaced and some flashing caulked.
