Description of Work: I called Ken Griffin Plumbing to get an estimate for running natural gas line from my basement to the kitchen in order to convert my electric cooktop to gas. Ken came on time on the scheduled date of 11/19 and gathered all the specifics. He mentioned that he would send me a written estimate within a few days. I have not yet received any estimates since then. I called once to follow up re: the estimate and was told that I would have it in a day or two. But no luck yet. This is not professional at all and I am very disappointed at their responsiveness.

Description of Work: My bathtub was leaking into my living room, directly below tub along with the stopper for the tub had stopped sealing, so I could no longer take baths. I called Ken's the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they were able to set my appointment for Friday, the 23rd from 11 to 1 p.m. I received a phone call and an email letting me know that Keith was on his way and he arrived within 15 minutes of my receiving notification of him being en route. When he arrived he was pleasant, professional and quickly discovered a gasket was ripped inside the drain, which he replaced. I purchased a new bathtub seal, after he tried to repair my existing one, but it was corroded. Their service was excellent and when I am ready to remodel my Kitchen and Basement, I will call them for my plumbing needs. I also received an email receipt, as soon as Keith left! I have used Ken Griffin for plumbing for many years and have always been pleased by the prompt and efficient crew. This job was completed with the high quality I have come to expect from this company.
