Description of Work: Our water heater was leaking so based on Angie's list recommendations, we called them. The only reason I am ranking them as "B" is because I received a quote over the phone for the work but when they got there, I was told that I needed to have a different valve installed and that was going to cost an additional $100. The work was done efficiently and the workmen were very professional.

Description of Work: We had a clogged drain in the kitchen. The snaked the entire length go the pipe back to the main stack and got everything flowing again. The 2 guys worked very quickly and efficiently; they were thorough and everything was completed within 30 minutes or so. Super job.

Description of Work: While out of town, a friend checking on house found I had a flood in basement !! Ken Griffins company was called the 'day before Thanksgiving' and it was snowing ... they were at my home within 40 min of call to replace hot water heater!!! They were a godsend. Defintely would use them again.

Description of Work: It was very easy for them to install. They drained and removed old hot water heater and installed the new Rennai heater. This new water heater hangs on the wall and only heats water upon home owner turning on the hot water faucet. It has cut my gas and electric bill significantly and doesn't take up space on the floor.
