Excellent experience! I called into the office at 9am and was told a technician could be here by noon. I received a follow up that the tech could come earlier if I was available. Our tech was very professional and explained ways to prevent future issues. Great work!!

Ken Griffin Plumbing Services Inc was recommend on our community network and highly rated on Angie's list. Appointment was scheduled and it was same day. That was great. They take security precautions by sending an e-mail with a photo of the driver. Service was performed in a timely and very professional manner and in my opinion for a plummer for about an hour the pricing was great. I now have a Plumbing Company that I can confidently refer and rely on in the future for all of our plumbing needs. .

A miracle occurred and I was able to get an appointment within the hour. They arrived promptly and finished the job within the hour.

They arrived within an hour and found something stuck under the sump pump float. Very pleased with their rapid response.

The plumber, Rob, did an amazing job of diagnosing and solving the problem. Roots from a tree had completely constricted the underground drain pipe. He dug it up, cut out a monstrously large root and many surrounding roots, and put in new PVC pipe. It was backbreaking work, but he did it quickly and efficiently. Outstanding job.

Bob showed up on time [called ahead] and reviewed the site with me and went right to work.. The job was completed w/in the estimated time. He was able to use the existing indoor access panels without having to enlarge them. He installed new shut offs as well. The clean up was thorough.

I had a very good response from them. They completely back up their commitment to doing the best job possible.

The work was excellent.and they used first class components. The sump pump was located in a closet in our finished exercise room. They laid mats on the floor and when they had done all that work , you could not tell that they were constantly in and out of the room. It was perfectly clean. I will use them for any future plumbing work.

Install went well. Scheduling was the toughest part of the process. Painting of the gas line was sloppy.

For what I ended up getting, the price was high. They were so terrible that I almost feel a moral obligation to tell somebody. They were terrible. I mean there’s no question that they were awful. Yet, it’s their business. I don’t want to sink them, but they were so terrible. If you were a friend of mine I would absolutely tell you don’t even think about them.

I never got a call from the Contractor after I submitted a service call request online. I have hired this contractor before and was satisfied, but may not again if I can't get a response.

Ken Griffin performed a job at my place and I was very satisfied with their work. I hired them for a second job and was extremely disappointed with their customer service. When I called to check on the status of my appointment, I learned that it was never noted in their appointment log. In addition, I was informed that since this job would require the water to be cut off to my condo building, I could not schedule an appointment for at least twenty four hours. Since I scheduled the appointment for my only afternoon off, I informed Ken Griffin Plumbing that I will choose a more responsible company to perform this job in the future.

They came prepared. There was no, "We have to make a trip to the shop" or anything like that. They had what they needed. They took care of what needed to be taken care of. If they showed up when I needed them, that's what matters.

Again, like the last time, they were available. So when we called, they came. Like the next morning, they were here. Let's say the pump was broken like now, this time of the day. At the time, they didn't have anyone available on call. We called several places. No one had anyone to come out on call. But we called them, and they said, "We will be there tomorrow morning," while everyone else said, "No, we will be there in another three days." It's water, right, so you need to have it. They were here the following day. They came prepared. They had all the parts that were needed. They took the old pump out and put the new one in. We were back in business within a day, which was great. Honestly, I think they did a fantastic job, so I really was expecting the typical thing. You engage a contractor, "We don't have this, we don't have that." They had everything they needed. So they just came, they did the job we wanted them to do, and they left. They were competitive. It was about the same with everybody.

The plumber had to bring in his drum machine because the clog was a major clog somewhere in the pipeline. After quite some time the clog was cleared and the sink runs fine.

They came right away, charged a fair price and did a great job!

Wonderful. They were great. Ken Griffin and all his staff are extremely knowledgeable. I also had to hire an electrician and someone to repair drywall. His referrals were excellent.

The work went very well. Our rep was thorough and explained what he was doing and why. As it turned out the plumbing wasn't the issue at all, it was our roof!

They did a very thorough job of looking for a leak in my kitchen ceiling only to find it was the roof and not my pipes. Also replaced an old garbage disposal. Everything went well.

They did not disappoint! Our utility room is small and quite crowded, necessitating removal of our utility sink to gain access to the water heater. After the old heater was removed and the new unit was installed, our sink was expertly re-installed. All work was completed promptly and professionally. We will certainly contact Ken Griffin Plumbing Services again.

Job was well done and the tech was very conscientious about keeping the mess to a minimum.

The price was reasonable. I have no complaints. I will call them again.
