This company is the highest rated company in the area. We were both very impressed with the workers and the knowledge. They were very professional and every time I called, they responded right away.

19 year old Water Heater burst at 4:45PM. Called at 5PM and Andrea answered. Very courteous and professional. Glad they were still in office. Immediately scheduled for next day between 10A-12Noon. Good response time. Specified a Bradford-White, so it cost a little more. Since emergency really have no cost comparison. First thing Fri, Andrea verified supplier had unit. Andrea called at 10A and indicated plumber was held up at first job. No problem I almost always expect this. Kudos for great communications. Plumber has to drive to warehouse and pickup the specific water heater I wanted. Arrived at 12 noon, but I knew this as Andrea kept giving phone updates. Robert went right to work. Took no shortcuts. Installed new 1/4 turn ball valve on cold supply at my request. Installed HW heater with metal pan. Cold and Hot connections all done in soldered copper, no flex or quick connects were used. Of course, black gas pipe didn't line up, so he had to re-do the black pipe, once again no flex connectors/pipe. IMHO, hard copper pipe and hard black gas pipe is a quality install, but I did pay for the extra work. Also, asked him to replace a piercing saddle valve that supplied hot water to furnace humidifier. Soldered in copper tee, added shut-off valve and connected humidifier water line. This extra work added to the total cost, so it was more than just a water heater. Spent just over two hours on the job. Thought the cost was a little high, but then I asked for extra work and for a high quality install so I got what I needed. Since it was quick react, I have no actual prices to compare... Definitely Andrea and Robert were both professional and courteous. I would hire them again.

Everything was done efficiently. They repaired the grounds that was dug up and the system is still working well.

We've used Ken Griffin Plumbing Services Inc. through the years for all kinds of plumbing issues. They are always on time. They provide really good service. If they're going to be late or something, somebody always calls. They let you know what's going on and let you work out a new time. Their workers are always professional and polite and know what they're doing. The last time they were in, they fixed a problem that someone else told me I would have to spend $500.00 to fix. Ken Griffin only charged me $100.00.

Showed up the day I called. Price quote was given the following day and the work was performed within the week. Outstanding service!

On time, professional, clean, efficient, courteous, completed in less time than estimated and at a final const less than estimated. Replaced 4 toilets, replaced 6 faucets, installed 2 new shut off valves.

I've used them a couple times and they do a great job. They call ahead to notify that technician is on their way, which has been very helpful to confirm we're home and to know specifically when they will arrive. Technicians have been very professional.

Plumber found that leaks to the basement came from two different sources where I though there was only one source. Because of his discovery, he fixed both leaks making the job much easier.

Ken Griffin Plumbing did an excellent job with our gas line. They even helped us resolve some of the problems we were experiencing with BGE. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient and reasonably priced.

I punctured the water supply line to my refrigerator. I called them first thing in the morning and they sent someone out later that day. He was running a little late, but he called ahead. He replaced the supply line pretty quickly. Also, he replacedthe small valve that was making the water dispenser on the fridge very slow. This was a very worthwhile upgrade.

I called yesterday to set up an appointment. They were able to come first thing this morning. A gentleman came to unhook our old stove and noticed there was an issue with the electrical outlet. He informed me of this and suggested we have someone come move the outlet. They recommended an electrical company, which was excellent as well. He left for the afternoon to return after the electrical problem was fixed. I received several calls from the office keeping me up to date on who was coming when, even for the other company! It was fantastic customer service.

Called the office about 5 minutes before they opened and they answered right away. She was very pleasant and helpful. I had an appointment right away which was an hour later. Keith showed up on time. He evaluated the problem and we agreed on the fix. Keith was friendly and professional and had the pipes replaced very efficiently and did a great job. When he gave me the bill he said he hoped it wasn't too much and it was actually less than I thought it would be. This experience with Ken Griffin's plumbing exceeded my expectations and having used other plumbers and being satisfied with none, I can now say that I have a plumber.

These guys were professional in every way. - Their estimate was the lowest of the three we received. - They arrived as scheduled, on time or early. - They went right to work and worked through lunch to finish the job sooner than expected. - They did the work well, with the least amount of damage possible. They even managed to do the upstairs, outside-wall shower w/o disturbing the tile. - Their drywall guys were just as good and just as quick. For such a big job, this was an amazingly hassle-free operation.

Bob removed the old sink and installed a new sink under a granite countertop on the first day. Sean followed up on day two and installed all other equipment. Both were punctual, professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company and would use them again without any hesitation.

Tonight I stupidly took the internet's advice and decided to tighten a toilet intake (not fill, but rather the exterior) valve to correct an intermittent leak. Bad call, me. The thing broke and water started spewing all over my third floor bath, which means that water started leaking all over my second and first floors, via the walls with all of their attendant electrical wiring. Doh! The nice gentleman answering the phones at Alpha Plumbing told me how to locate the main water shut-off and gave me some other tips, but they were unavailable for appointments until late tomorrow afternoon, which for me is too long to go without running water. I called three companies that offer emergency services, and the first to respond with an actual plumber was Ken Griffin. It was about fifteen minutes from call time to response, and thirty minutes from response to arrival - that's well under an hour in overall response time, which is excellent when you're freaking out. The responding plumber, Robert, was friendly, professional and efficient. He fixed the problem in under thirty minutes, and offered useful suggestions about what do to before turning the water back on to the problem toilet. He was as considerate as possible regarding clean-up, which is nice, but mainly he showed up quickly and got the job done rapidly and well. Sure, there's a $250 per hour after-hour fee, but I feel like that's pretty standard for 24 hour emergency plumbing services. On top of that was added a very light materials charge, and in sum I think I got off light for my stupidity. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends.

My drain backed up yesterday. I called Andrea at Ken Griffin and explained my problem. I was in and out of the house all day but she kept calling to see if I was home when her next plumber was available. I could never be back home in time. She kept doing her best and called me first thing this morning to see if I was able to meet someone. Walt came and not only snaked the line and fixed the problem, but also cleaned my laundry tub as well (where all the offensive water had pooled).

Water was leaking from the overflow pipe on the water heater. Plumber came and assessed problem. Due to this and some previous problems, we decided a new water heater was needed. He called to have water heater delivered. While waiting he took the old one out and cleaned up so when new heater came everything was ready for installation. Heater arrived about 1/2 hour later and he installed it and cleaned up. The plumber was courteous and profesional. I will use Ken Griffin again.

There was an initial glitch since someone in the plumbers' office failed to schedule my appointment on their records. I waited the 3 hour window timeframe I had been given then called their office to ask why the plumber had not arrived. To their credit, they apologized and offered to send a plumber quickly that same afternoon. They sprang into action to make the situation better. The plumber did arrive quickly and finished his work quickly, leaving me feeling satisfied overall. Their office had been quite busy the morning I called for an appointment with several other callers on hold, so I can understand how the oversight occurred. I have used Ken Griffin Plumbing in the past and believe they have good reason to boast of being Howard County's Best Plumber.

Very prompt and professional. Did not feel at all pressured to go ahead with the more expensive laundry tub installation and appreciated the time taken to come up with a couple of alternatives. Would definitely recommend.

They were able to send out a technician the same day I called. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, and went to work on replacing the hose bib. Got the job done very quickly, and I'm very pleased with the quality of the work. The total price came in well below what another company had quoted for the same job. Highly recommended!

Very professional, polite, and they do great work. I have been fortuante to found them. My most previous job was a leak in piping. He came in, got the job done quickly, and the job was awsome. He replaced the piping that was compromised and was very informative. Every time I think plumber, I think I will dish out a lot of money, but not with Ken. Any time someone asks me for a plumber, this is who I recommend.

They came out the very same day we called and were very professional and polite. The cost was reasonable and we were very pleased with them.
