I have been using them for 25 years. Overall this company is really excellent.They have replaced faucets, toilets and all sorts of stuff in my house. When they replaced my shower. Gave me a good quote and a good price. They had it done in nothing flat. We went from fiber glass to a tile one and did beautiful work. He had a hard time accessing the water valve. He had to go between the floor joists and cut a whole in the ceiling to access it the plumber they sent, probably cut a bigger hole than necessary. When they replaced the shower, they left the bathroom cleaner than when they arrived. When I get quality and service like I get from these guys, I am okay with their price.

We called them when we found water stains on the ceiling and wall in the basement beneath the kitchen. They responded quickly and diagnosed and repaired the problem. They also arranged to repair the wooden cabinet floor under the kitchen sink which was damaged by the water. We have used Ken Griffin on a number of occasions for a range of plumbing repairs and have always been extremely pleased with their work.

I did use him and he was excellent. They were very punctual and the gentleman did an excellent job. Everything was clean and working when I got home. The price on par with the one I had done 10 years ago. They were very responsive. They were right on time. I would use them again.

Easy to schedule. Arrived on time. Pleasant and professional. Work completed as expected.

Tub instillation went smooth with no problem or issues. Toilet instillation was done with no problems except there was a "phantom flush" issue. I called and they returned immediately but new flush valve had same problem. It took 2 more tries to get a valve that did not leak. They were very responsive and handled the problem very professionally.

Nothing stands out one way or the other but we were not dissatisfied with his service.

From the woman who answers the phone and schedules appointments to Sean, the wonderful plumber who helped me today, the employees at Ken Griffin were so pleasant, helpful and professional. Sean not only fixed my leaking kitchen sink and replaced the faucet, he told me there was a little time left on my one-hour minimum and asked if there was anything else he could take a look at. I took him up on it and he fixed a dripping bathroom faucet for me as well. I'm sure a lot of plumbers would just write up a receipt and leave when the job was done, but not Sean. He made sure I got my money's worth. That's true professionalism. Plus I liked that they sent me an email before the appointment with Sean's photo in it so I'd know exactly who to expect. This is the not first time we've used Ken Griffin Plumbing. Never had a complaint and always get an appointment right away.

They were prompt. They had good communication for us. They did what they said they would do.

Couldn't have been happier! Our kitchen sink backed up the evening before Mother's Day when we were in the middle of preparing for a large family gathering. I needed an emergency plumbing service and found Ken Griffin on Anglies List, highly rated, offered after-hours emergency service in my area. I called, got a message that gave me the pricing info for emergency service, asked for name and phone number and nature of the problem, said someone would return my call within 30 minutes. Got a call back in about 10 minutes and someone was at my house about 20 minutes after that. Very professional and pleasant. Did the job, cleaned up, and we were back in business probably about 45 minutes to an hour after that. Additional charges would have applied in 15 minute increments after the first hour. They don't charge for road time, only time at the job. I think the price was fair for emergency service, but don't know what the price would have been during regular business hours. Will use them again in a heartbeat. Saved the day for us.

After the first call, cost of $140 for about 15 minutes of analysis and diagnosis, the second call took about 2 hours to fix the shower leakage problem. The pipes and fixtures were 25 years old, so had lasted a long time before this extreme measure. We had had another outfit out to try to stop the leak about 9 months ago, which worked for only a short time as it was just a band-aid type of fix. During the 2 hours,the plumber was all business and definitely knew his stuff. He spared the adjacent hall dry wall by drilling out a couple of shower tiles and fixing the problem from that perspective. He cut the old copper pipes, replaced all the fittings and soldered the pipes. While definitely not cheap, the service was excellent and the shower works better than ever. A plus is that we love the new Delta shower fittings!

Their prices are reasonable. I think I had the same person come out for the two projects. He was quick, efficient and friendly. He was very knowledgeable.

The entire experience was good and I would consider using them again for any plumbing work in the future.

I sent email requests through Angie's List for estimates to replace our three toilets to five "A"-rated plumbers in our area. Ken Griffin Plumbing was the first to respond, and did so with a complete proposal, including three different toilet replacement options. Ultimately, three of the other plumbing companies also responded with estimates, and Ken Griffin's was by far the least expensive. When the day for the installations arrived, I was pleasantly surprised how frequently I received telephone updates on the expected arrival time (ETA) for the installer. Keith, the installer, arrived within 5 minutes of the last telephoned estimated ETA, and went to work immediately. He was clean, pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional, and in just over two hours, all three of our new toilets had been expertly installed.

In case of emergency they come right out. They are very good, very nice people, they will explain what is going on and I really like them. I would continue to use them and I can say they are my plumber.

I have been using Ken Griffin Plumbing Services, Inc. for over 15 years and I've never worked with a more professional, responsive and fair business. Their work is top-notch, their office staff are pleasant and helpful on the phone, their service people are knowledgeable and efficient and they do not try to sell you expensive options that would solve your plumbing problems. There's a reason they've been voted Howard County's Best Plumbing company year after year: they're great!

I called this service and they were out promptly the next morning. The serviceman was very conscientious, professional, and friendly. He spent a lot of time checking all our our tubs, sinks, and showers to make sure we had the right temperature. After puzzling over not finding any difficulties at the hot water heater itself, he deduced that the switch inside the knob had not been adjusted to allow for max flow....he made this adjustment and voila, we now have copious very hot water. My only down on this visit was that even though I mentioned Angie's list I did not appear to receive the 10% off that is noted on the web. Otherwise, very satisfied.

It was either Andrea or Kathy who said they would have someone out between 10-12 that day--which was wonderful! Ed arrived at 11 a.m. By that time, the pressure of water in the pipe had cleared the problem but I wasn't taking any chances! Ed and his helper checked out the location of the pipes and made sure that the upstairs was flushing easily. He discussed with me all the possible causes, from the structure of house possibly having pipes that travel a long way until the sewage falls off to the possibility of something being lodged in the pipe that causes the occasional backup. We decided to take the conservative approach--change the toilet paper used upstairs to something less luxurious so it would travel easier and he suggested we replace our toilets with ones that force the water through at a higher rate given the probably structure of the pipes/house. The other alternatives--using a router or a camera in case there was something lodged--would have been either extremely messy or very costly. We decided that the camera would be the way to go if the problem happened again. Though Ed and his helper didn't need to actually do anything this visit, he took time to discuss the possible causes and solutions, evaluating the pipes, toilets and even the toilet paper! The next day, Andrea called to say she was sending me links to the recommended toilets and would send price info as well for us to consider. I very much appreciated the company's ability to have someone come out before noon, and the knowledge of the plumber, Ed. I will definite call Ken Griffin Plumbing for my future needs. Thanks!

Our shower head fell out of the wall as the shower was being used. It was very unexpected and gave me a scare. We didn't realize that it had become broken on the inside. My husband had tried to fix it but could not remove the broken section of the arm out of the wall pipe. I called Ken Griffin plumbing the next morning as soon as they opened. The women on the phone was very nice and helpful. She was able to set up an appointment that fit our schedule based on school drop offs and pick ups during the day. I was given the name of the man who would be coming to the house. Keith was on time and understood the problem and knew how to fix it for us. My husband felt better about himself after hearing how hard it really was to try and remove the broken piece, because it took Keith a while as well. He ended up having to cut it out. He also replaced the new pipe and shower head we had bought the day before. He was very friendly and also didn't mind our youngest son watching him as he worked. We were very pleased with their services and we decided to keep them in mind when we are ready for our bathroom remodel.

Overall quite satisfactory. When I telephoned for service I was told I would get a call back shortly. I was a bit surprised that they were not equipped to give me an appoinment when I first called. I waited more than 1/2 hour before someone called me back. Their hourly rate seems high, but perhaps that is to be expected for plumbers nowadays. They have a minimum charge of one hour even if a repair takes only 20-30 minutes. The plumber, having time remaining in his first hour, did offer to look at any other plumbing problem I might have, but I had no other plumbing issue. The plumber was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He carefully checked several times that the toilet was flushing properly before he left.

I had an appointment just for the diverter. However, the day before I had a new dishwasher delivered an assumed it would be installed also. Not so. I called Ken Griffin immediatley and asked if they could add the install to the work order and they said absolutley with no hesitaition.

We noticed a leak under the kitchen sink, and called for an appointment. Andrea called to let us know Bryan was on the way- he was on time and professional, quickly fixing the problem. Bryan is great,! We definitely recommend Ken Griffin's Plumbing and would use them again.

Shawn and Joe showed up on time and worked very well together. I was very impressed by the quality of work performed and their pride in it. I will be calling them back to hook up the fixtures once I finish the tile and sheet rock work in a couple of weeks.
