Lance's Locksmith Co

I used Lance's Locksmith on my first home purchase in 2003. I recently used them to change the locks on a newly purchased home in 2020. I wouldn't trust any other locksmith. Highly recommend.

After a little back and forth, they nicely took care of our needs at a reasonable price.

They were very prompt, efficient and I'm very pleased with the result.

The locksmith came out and installed the deadbolt in about 15 minutes with no mess. No complaints here and I'll use Lance's Locksmith again if I ever need any locksmithing done.

I don’t know about the prices. We had a substitution with patio door rods and they were way too expensive. We were not happy about being overcharged for these flimsy patio door bars. We were moving in our just bought house and we didn't had time to do the research. They weren't dishonest about anything but we felt taken because of the price of the flimsy little rods. It couldn't have cost them more than $20 a piece and the installation was three screws or something like that and one of them didn't worked right.

After a family member misplaced a house key I wanted the front door lock re-keyed immediately. I called on a Friday night and the locksmith came out the next morning. He was very professional and explained everything to me. I also asked about having a dead-bolt put in. He couldn't do the dead-bolt installation at that time, but I scheduled a visit later in the week for the dead-bolt to be installed. He was able to fix it so I could use the same key for both locks. There was no additional visit fee for the second visit. The locksmith explained the importance of not leaving the key in the dead-bolt at night because there is a small window near the door that is large enough for someone to reach in and take the key.

Purchased a special to rekey 2 locks for my parents house based on previous reviews. They came during the time they said they would. My dad said they had some problems with the lock and needed a special tool he didn't have with him but some one brought it to him promptly. My dad ended up having a third lock rekeyed while he was there and he gave him an extra key for no charge. My dad was very satisfied with their work and said the guy was very nice.

I made several calls to their office prior to buying the package and the lady on the phone (I can't recall her name? Maybe Jennifer?) was always very nice and informative. Ben was sent to my home to change the locks and was very punctual and friendly. He also was super quick in changing everything which was well worth the money It's easy to see this is a very honest and professional team. Many thanks!

I used Lance's Locksmith to get 4 locks re-keyed for my daughter, who had just purchased her first new home. John Michael came out to do the work. He was on time, explained everything he would need to do, and did a terrific job. One of the doorknobs was loose and he explained the options of tightening it up vs. replacing it, without being pushy. He made her feel very comfortable and she had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend Lance's Locksmith to anyone!

Locksmith came on time and was very pleasant and neat. The project seemed expensive, though, even with an Angie's deal. I would use them again but I would have lowes rekey the locks (they do this for free when you buy the lock there) and have them make the extra keys, which they do very cheaply.

I made an appointment for the date and time of day I wanted with no problem - Jess was efficient and gave me all the information I needed, including prices. Jessica was able to schedule me for the same day I bought the deal. Jon Michael was prompt and a very nice guy (Also dealt with my annoying dogs). He explained everything he was going to be doing and made my situation easier to understand. Overall experience was great and I will definitely use in the future.

Fortunately, Lance's Locksmith Co was able to send someone out the same day. Then, the locksmith called to see if he could come earlier, which was much appreciated. The locksmith was able to removed the old deadbolt that was stuck inside the door jam and install the new deadbolt. He also fixed it so the lock would accept our old key. The locksmith was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up and disposed of the old lock for me. I am very pleased with the service they provided. I would definitely use Lance's Locksmith Co again!

Two men came, one more experienced than the other. They quickly had the lock off and determined that it was broken...informing me that this was a common problem within the life of the lock and showed me the breakage. They had another lock in the truck...very similar and acceptable to me. It was installed quickly and works fine. They also looked at another door lock that was not catching...we had to close it by using the deadbolt or it would blow open. They made an adjustment so it would close, but warned that this may not be permanent solution. It was not...the door once again can blow open and must be latched with the deadbolt. Haven't had time to get to a more permanent solution. I would ask them to come back to solve that problem.

He was very good did a very good job and was timly. Was even able to re-key the sliding glass door in the master bedroom.

The rekeying of locks went very well. The service was done in a very professional manner, and the two locksmiths were very friendly. They arrived when promised and completed the work in a very efficient manner. I asked for some additional work over and above what I had originally requested. The additional work was cheerfully done with minimum of 0additional cost. I would use this company again and recommend it to friends.
