They sent someone out to actually measure the job, which other companies did not do. So when they arrived to do the job (new storm doors, front and back, they were prepared. This was not a standard job, as the age of the house meant that the doors would either have to be custom or the opening would have to be adjusted. They did a great job, both storm doors work and look great. They were on time, and worked efficiently. They might be a bit expensive, but I think the cheaper offers would have not realized the complex issues and the cost may be just part of owning a historic home. I highly recommend, especially if your job isn't standard or simple.

Extremely professional. Paz Castillo was available to me by cell phone at all hours. He communicated constantly, and his crew was professional. They catered to exactly what we wanted, they were clean, and they did not disrupt the rest of our home during what was a pretty major repair job. Paz was also incredibly knowledgeable and gave me lots of good advice about my home. I will definitely hire him and his crew again, and I will continue working with him on my home.

They were a tad pricier than I was expecting, but they were prompt, very professional, communicative, and...and this was very important to my wife...they cleaned up the work site VERY well.

Paz texted me straight away, and even though it was for a small job he was fast, efficient, and reasonable. From first contact to job complete in less than 6 days. 100% professional 5 stars all around.

I had a variety of tasks that while not very glamorous, needed to be done properly. The team showed up on time and quickly completed the work on time and within budget.

Paz was very responsive and provided an estimate by the next day for my small job. It was a little more than I had anticipated but when the job was done it looked great. The crew he sent were on time, very courteous and kept me informed of what they doing. Would hire again.

Had hired Elegant Homes for a few small projects. During heavy rain storm on July 21 we had water enter lower level. Called Paz and he and his team came on emergency call same day at 5:30 to repair leak. Subsequent major effort to reroute water drainage was handled very judiciously, great communications, explained options for work to be done and follow-up, working jobs into days of extended rain. Excellent work and clean-up each day. Will definitely hire again and recommend.
