Met with contractor in the end of December 2020 and promised an estimate in a few days. Today is January 12, 2021 and still didn?t receive an estimate

Hired Elegant Homes for multiple repairs: wood rot replacement, interior water damage, painting & gutter repair. Paz Castillo provided a prompt, detailed estimate and made multiple revisions to the estimate as the scope of the work changed. The work team showed up on time and were great to work with. They answered all of my questions, were efficient and made a few last minute adjustments at my request. The team did a great job cleaning up the site. I highly recommend Elegant Homes and would hire them again!

This company is truly exceptional - I knew from the thoughtful and careful way the estimate was done that we would be well-served. Our home is 100+ yrs old with more recent additions. Our project included carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, exterior painting. Every aspect of the experience was outstanding- personal, professional, timely service and truly beautiful craftsmanship. Very competitively priced. We highly recommend them for any project - large or small. They will be true partners in maintaining and improving your home!

This company came to our home immediately for an estimate on the work we needed done . We had our house powerwashed, painting the soffet and fascia boards outside . They also painted our shutters and front door. They then came inside to plaster and paint two walls. The workers then offered to replace the floor trim in both rooms which meant they had to run to the hardware store to buy the trim and paint ! We will continue to use them for EVERY project we may need in our home. Excellent workers and company.

I am incredibly impressed with this company. Every worker was highly professional and thorough. Elegant homes was one of three companies that I received an estimate from to repair the rotten wood all around my home's facia and bay windows. I went with them because their description and estimate for the work was the most thorough. During the estimate the general manager explained his thoughts about the scope of the damage and suggestions for repair and seemed very knowledgeable. His explanations were clear and I felt that he was aiming to ensure that the repairs he and his crew completed were done correctly and prevented future water damage. It was also suggested to me that I have my gutters replace given that the ones on my home were old and too small to adequately channel water given the steep slope of my roof. Work began quickly (within a week of my signing the estimate) and the workers worked diligently complete the job in two days. Their pricing was more the fair, and I noticed that they replace rotten wood they encountered that was not covered on the estimate. I would definitely hire Elegant Homes again and am exceedingly happy with the quality of work they have completed. I also feel proud of how the exterior of my home looks. The also cleaned up meticulously after the work was done and stated that they did not want any materials from their work to be left in the yard.

Requested a quote and Paz showed up quick. No pressure to upsell, just a simple comment. And the crew showed up on time, got the job done and hauled everything away. Price seemed higher than I expected but the customer service made it well worth it. Great job!
