I hired them for only a very small job after deciding not to do larger jobs that I originally considered.

Excellent work. Paz arrived on time, he examined the areas in question, explained options and provided a quote. Work included: replace/repair/paint rotting wood on shed and house trim, repair fence, power wash front of house, install wood edging to flower bed, and build out edge of garage floor with concrete so garage door will seal. The work crew was polite, diligent and focused. They did a great job on every project and cleaned up each day when they were finished. Paz kept in contact throughout the 3 days the crew(s) worked, checking their work and answering questions. I will definitely hire this company the next time I need work done!

The owner of the co., Paz, called me right away and it was clear that he knew exactly what I needed for my repair. He texted me, as he promised, about an hour later with the time his crew could do the work THE SAME DAY! The 2 men arrived on time, very friendly and professional and did a wonderful job of fixing my falling curtain rod. The price was a little steep but it was quoted to me on the phone and Iam very pleased with the work and impressed with their professionalism. Thank you Elegant Homes, Inc.!

The workers arrived on time, did the work that we requested, and cleaned up after they were finished. We had carpentry and painting done and the results are excellent. I would highly recommend them!!

Paz contacted me first thing yesterday morning as he was going to be in the area. As I was at work already, he did a great job communicating with me but my mother who was at home. He was even able to have a crew come right over and complete the project the same day. This really helped ease stress as our settlement date is fast approaching. Would highly recommend!

These guys are great! They show up on time and ready to work. I am already using Elegant Homes as my go to for handyman work.

I had rotted out exterior window sills under two double windows (one ground floor, one second floor), plus some rotted wood trim on a first floor window and a lot of associated scraping, caulking and painting work to be done on all three windows and an additional second floor double window. Paz arrived at the appointed time to look the situation over, advised me about what needed to be done and provided a free estimate for the cost of the repairs. He also agreed to make the new sills out of pressure treated lumber as I requested. The work was done well within my desired time frame by a crew of about four workers, working under Paz's supervision. The work took 1.5 days to finish, and everything done was to my complete satisfaction. In addition, Paz had his crew scrape and paint the trim and the sills on three other windows, plus the fascia boards along the edge of the roof, none of which was a part of the work I had contracted for, and he included all of that additional work at no additional charge. He was also careful to make sure that his workers did not damage any of the flowers and other plantings while doing the work. The workers vacuumed up all of the paint scrapings and cleaned up and removed all of the other debris, and after they were finished you would not have known that any work had been done. They almost seemed disappointed when I assured them that I could take care of the vacuuming under the windows on the interior of the house myself. One of the members of the crew who came to my house was Paz's son Kevin. Kevin described his father as 'a perfectionist'. It shows in his work. Based on my experience, I would not think of hiring anyone but Paz to do any future home improvement work which falls within his range of expertise, and my impression is that his range of expertise takes in a fair amount of territory.

Paz is extremely knowledgeable. Plus he operates a first rate business. Has all of his licenses, insurance and bonding which other contractors did not have. So even though they were more expensive, I felt comfortable that the job would be done correctly and it was. I would highly recommend.
