Xtra Care did a great job with design and execution. There were two minor issues when finished and both were fixed quickly and to our satisfaction.

Xtra Care's pricing was very competitive and the quality we received matched the pictures in any catalog or website. There were some delays on account of working with DC's Riversmart Homes program and all the rain we had in July/August this summer, but that was not Xtra Care's fault. Cleber, Mari and the team were great to work with, very responsive and very professional. As with any project, a couple of unforeseen obstacles popped up, but Xtra Care was very good about communicating with us promptly and resolving the problems just as fast and at a reasonable expense. Xtra Care exceeded my expectations and we are very happy we chose them to for this project.

The Project Manager was not as responsive or professional as I thought he should be. My options were not made clear to me before the project started, nor were any details on county restrictions or permit guidelines. The actual guys that did the work (contracted workers, not Xtra care people) were great. They did a fantastic job. If I had to do it over again I would skip the over-priced and careless job oversight that Xtra Care provided, and just hire the guys who actually did the work.

Xtra care did a beautiful job building the patio which included flagstone and building a retaining wall. The quality of the construction was excellent, the crew was very professional (leaving a clean construction site everyday), work was completed on time and as agreed, the price was competitive. Will definitely hire them again.

Excellent experience. The office secretary was very polite . The owner was easy to communicate he is very professional and knowledgeable. He followed-up the work to ensure that I was pleased with the job. I would use them again.

This company has it all--skill, quality work, integrity, responsiveness, professionalism, courtesy and customer service. We moved the stones in our former driveway to the backyard and they cut the stones to fit into a new garden area we are developing. We are a little older than we have been, so it is important that the walk be anchored in and each stone be the same height. It was a big job, and the work exceeded all our expectations. In the front, where we removed our old driveway they built a wonderful one of pavers surrounding sod. Everyone who has seen it loves it. I cannot thank Cleber, Roberto and their crews enough for following our plan while exceeding our highest expectations. Quite simply, they are all professionals.

We could not be more pleased, in all respects. We had another landscaper for many years who provided average work at best. I wish we had found Xtra Care long ago! They are responsive when you request service, they immediately schedule consultations, they provide very reasonable esimtates, and the landscaping work they do is beautiful! Extra care lived up to their name and reputation. Angela, Cleber, and the staff, were extremely professional and very patient with us as we progressed, over several months, with the often complex planning, design, and ultimate installation of our unique multi-section patio. Roberto, Christian, and of course Angela, provided hands on leadership as their crews built the project. Marco and the men worked hard and long hours in the touch and rocky soil and displayed a great pride in their work. All the little changes that inevitable occurred were managed well. The job turned out as we hoped. Kudos to all you folks!

Xtra Care Landscaping & Design is a well organized company that assist me in every step of the way for my beautiful patio. Starting with the office staff, Cleber and Angela Rodrigues are very helpful and gave me ideas on my dream patio with their designs. Meiriane did an excellent job dealing with the payments and always assisted me when I had questions. On the other hand, Mari did an outstanding job preparing my proposal. Also, the crew members that did the work were always punctual, hard-workers that I was amazed of how this project came out. The cost of services was a very reasonable price that satisfy my needs. We are very happy with the result and the entire process of working with Xtra Care. They were very responsive to our questions and concerns, and were attentive to tasteful design considerations while offering insightful professional opinions. For example, they suggested an alternate pattern for the patio pavers once they had a sense of our aesthetic. They were responsive and engaged; we never felt that they were ignoring us or putting us off. We were impressed with the professionalism of the workers that did the work. They were not sloppy or disrespectful, and (importantly) did not cut any corners in the work they did. I believe this sets them apart from so many other contractors I have dealt with. The workmanship is excellent, too. They definitely display attention to detail and pride in perfection.

Every single person from the owners, Cleber and Angela Rodrigues to the men that do the actual hard, hard work; were professional, always on time, always keeping me informed of what would be accomplished that day and what was planned for the next. Completion dates were met. Instructions for followup care were provided. Virtually every day one of the owners or a supervisor was on-site to insure everything was perfect.It is a family business and they made me feel part of their family.

The project went very well. We got several bids, Xtra care provided the most competitive bid. They were adaptable around some changes that came up during the project and around some outside circumstances that delayed the project.

In all the contractors I've hired, this one was the best; I'd hire them again and not have any worries. The owner, Cleber, masterfully conceived the design and a core, 3-man crew executed it promptly over a sultry, three-day period. When the time came to install the water feature, several crew members adept at the mechanics of the pump came to the job site to provide their service. The original crew, led by the same project manager, made several trips to the quarry to ensure that the display had the proper size and number of boulders. After the rain stopped, but before they left for good, they repaired all the collateral damage they could. Any home owner would incur these instances during a major project, e.g., turf damage, mud holes. I would note two things: 1. Don't fall too much in love with the 3D rendering. In the world of landscape design, reality doesn't coexist with computer-generated design. (My 3D drawing had two "falls"—i.e., two dry ponds, when in reality, there was one fall of water and a series of cascading rocks.) 2. Not all "collateral damage" is restorable—for example, they cut back, a little severely an existing, nearby plant. Just be mindful of this; maybe even be proactive and tie them back and open up the their access, yourself.

Cleber and his team provided excellent service throughout all stages of the job - from design to the work itself. The staff at Xtra Care were always courteous and responsive to our questions/comments. We are immensely pleased with the final result, and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again for any future work ourselves.

Outstanding Service! Our lanscaping project was just completed and looks really good. Xtracare presented great design ideas for our backyard. They were very prompt in answering our questions. We highly recommend XtraCare to any one.

This company is great to use, they did everything we ask for, and more. When I got back home it looked like a new front yard. Before the work they were very professional, made recommendations of what to plant based on the sun exposure so that the direct sunlight would kill the plants (money saved). They cleaned up and did a great job it as if nobody was every at my home. I highly recommend and will be using again.

The estimate was well done and price was right; they made a good first impression. They followed up after sending the contract, eager to sign me on. When I called with some simple final questions, ready to send the signed contract, suddenly they were all booked up. I called back several times, offered to wait months to get on their schedule, but they insisted they were all booked up, indefinitely. I'm not sure what the explanation was for this abrupt change on their part, but it was certainly frustrating for me.
