Description of Work: XtraCare was exceptional, I used them to redo my walkway and my front yard. Angela and Cleber are the owners, they were professional and willing to work within my budget while ensuring I received a beautiful end product. They kept me informed every step of the way and Angela created a beautiful plan for my yard based on a brief conversation I had with her. What I loved was that she provided a sketch and digital picture of the plan which helped me visualize the end product. They were with me every step of the way and even after the project was complete they provided additional services and addressed any questions I had at no cost. For example, approximately 2 weeks after my walkway was completed, workers from the company came out to my property to perform a acid wash on the walkway. I wasn't even aware they offered this service but it literally made my walkway sparkle. I highly recommend this company and the owners, they will make you feel like family but perform the work with exceptional professionalism and at a great price!

Description of Work: Built a retaining wall

Description of Work: They regraded the beds and lawn on one side of my house to ensure that rain water ran away from the house to help eliminate dampness in my basement. The whole job took them longer than anticipated and required more soil than initially anticipated, but they did a great job and the regrading had successful results!

Description of Work: Complete landscaping of front and back and replacement of driveway with pervious pavement. Cleber provided great ideas for the area which I would not have come up with on my own, and that look fantastic. The design team is very accessible and helpful via email and phone. And the onsite team was fabulous - they did great work and they were polite, efficient and always completely cleaned up. And they got done ahead of schedule! I received several estimates and this was the best and the other design ideas did not even come close aesthetically. In addition, the whole team was very accommodating of my busy and unpredictable work schedule.

Description of Work: I bought a deal, and they scheduled the appointment promptly, which was good. They were late on the day of the appointment with little communication to provide updates on time of arrival. After the appointment, it took weeks to get the landscape plans. When I received them, they were generic and did not include all the additional information (e.g., keeping/moving existing plants, etc.) I had provided when they came out to take measurements and do pictures. There was zero follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's list deal where we hired this company to do some landscaping designing for us. Everything went well, I really liked the gentleman that came out but I wasn't sold on his ideas for our yard. I would recommend this company, it's just that I don't know what I want yet for my yard.

Description of Work: Their rep was Moore concerned about speeding thru his vision than understanding my landscape issue, and considering options.

Description of Work: I had purchased a coupon for a landscaping review. The main issue I had was flooding in the backyard. The recommended installing a French drain in the backyard and running it underground down the front lawn to drain. They installed the drain on time and without my needing to be home. They did an excellent job, cleaned up and with very little disruption to my lawn. My backyard has not flooded since, and there have been several significant rains that would have caused it to flood in the past. I am very satisfied overall.
