Description of Work: My next-door neighbors recently had their 100+-year-old home repointed and their rotting wooden window ledges replaced. They hired The Brick Pointers. Since my very small narrow garden directly abuts the long wall of their home and they would have to use it to do the work, I also met with their contractor prior to the work beginning. The contractor gave projected dates based on the weather [and proved to be a better predictor of the weather than the TV weathermen] and adhered to those dates. His company erected a scaffolding with containing drop cloths to minimize any dust and debris. The work performed was of highest quality. The removal of mortar was done cleanly and completely with minimal damage to bricks and was replaced with new colored to harmonize with existing paint scheme [tan on facade and wall facing my yard left white from earlier paint work] The cleanup was meticulous. I immediately recommended them to my condominium board.
