Person taking call and service tech were very friendly. Service tech answered all our questions. He told us what he was planning to do up front. it all made logical sense and did not appear to try and sell us on services and things we did not need. Overall, was very happy with the work and will call them again in the future should i need additional AC/Heat work.

A technician was dispatched within 30 minutes and he performed a terrific job. I have been using this company for over 4 years and I have never had any problems with them. If you live in Montgomery County in Maryland, this is the company to call with HVAC issues. You will never regret calling them. Excellent customer service! Excellent and professional techinicians!

It went very very well. The technicians were very thorough and patiently explained to me what was wrong and needed. I highly recommend this company. They are extremely reliable. Great customer skills on the phone and in person.

SUNN Corporation is always very responsive when I call, and very professional in our dealings together. Their schedulers are friendly and their techs are on time and very kind. I'm a single woman and so many other companies have tried to talk down to me and sell me things I don't need-- but not the folks at SUNN. Their techs tell it like it is and have always been honest with me about what work or repairs are necessary and what other things would be more 'nice to have' items. I would (and have) highly recommend them to others.

I had a coupon for $50 for $150 of work. They run a little over the time stated but they didn't charge extra for that. I had them out a couple of times. They are close and they came out quickly, and didn't charge extra. They didn't nickel and dime me.

It couldn't have gone better. From the consultation with Karen (over the phone to discuss options), and a stress free installation, every aspect of dealing with Sunn Corporation was top notch. My installation, in part, was covered under my home warranty with American Home Shield. However, if you are like me and are not familiar with the equipment or their benefits, I found consulting with Karen to be informative and worthwhile. Her advice was straightforward, and the options presented proved to be easy to understand. I believe I made the right choice for my home, and the proof is evident in the way the equipment works and cools - heating yet to come.

I am a big supporter of small and local businesses as they give people jobs and keeps economy moving but this company should not exist. My wife and I was very kind to understand staff shortage to high volume of calls and demand in the summer for HVAC firm but Michelle who called me back hung up the phone on us in middle of the conversation. Karen who is also appointment manager did not return multiple messages to resolve scheduling and just keeping us in the loop of status. As we have elderly person and 14 week old baby, we ask them for firm timeline and schedule. They did not meet any of them. This all started on June 14, 2016 when our outside AC unit stop working. They did come out next day to inspect however it took them another 12 days to come back to fix this issue. Same day after they fixed the outside unit, AC stop working again. I was told inside unit coil and blower is broken. It took another few days of calling to get them back to the house to check what is going on. I had a suspicion they might of over pressurized the system and blew the coil but since it was under warranty, I just ask them to replace everything and be done. So after another 12 days or so, they finally came back. They finally replaced the inside unit and coil yesterday and now half the house power does not work. They are blaming the existing house panel issue and will not repair the power outage. They admit to touching the panel and working on electric to install new unit but do not want to own up to fixing this issue now. House never had an electrical issue before and was working find before they touch the panel and worked on the house and now the house is the issue? I am beyond outraged at the service and how they resolve issues. Michelle was impossible to deal with and Karen was never available. This company need to get new operational staff as inside people are horrible. No clue how they even get any good rating as every time I call, I get a voicemail or on a long hold. I do not want anyone else to fall victim to such bad service, communication and bad product so be cautious and I would highly recommend not dealing with this firm. I would not trust them to do any service, maintenance, warranty fix nor get a new system as I do not know if they will honor any contract including fixing the actual item you called about or cause secondary issues like having half the house electric to go out.

Came out and did a diagnostic and replaced one of the fuses worked like new again!. Very quick and professional checked freon and all contacts - replaced filter etc. said we where good to go all in thirty minutes.. Owner was very pleasant and helpful, tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will use again.

Scheduling was very easy. The gentleman came on time. We currently have a split system that so far is functioning well. When we moved in we had one furnace with two returns that was doing the job of heating and cooling all three levels. Two year ago after professional recommendation we added a new system only for the second level. Now that we are renovating our first level our contractor noticed that some ducts were discontinued. To be on a safe side we contacted HVAC companies to give us a professional advice. The gentleman from SUN came and informed me that since the old unit is too big I would have to change it to a smaller unit; he added that it is a matter of time but the unit is going to completely shut down one day. I informed him that I wasn't prepared to purchase a new unit at this point but I felt he was a little pushy in trying to sell it to me. I asked for an alternative and he came up with two: professional and unprofessional way of doing it. I am quoting his words. " We can do this professionally which is cut one of the return from the main source or unprofessionally which is removing the ducts at their location". We agreed that he will send me proposal for new unit, cutting the return at the main source and one for removing the duct located in the kitchen which he claimed that is still feeding the bedrooms. I have not received anything yet.

Great! On time and good price

We woke up to a very cold house yesterday. After troubleshooting, we looked on Angie's list for a service provider, and Sunnwas at the top of the list. Called them at 8AM, they were here at around 11:30AM, diagnosed the problem, had the part on their truck, and replaced it. They completed the job in about 45 minutes.

-Excellent from beginning to end. The owner, Karen Love, came to my house to look at my current system and made recommendations and selections based on my budget. She was very professional, kind and knowledgeable.No hard sell! She was always available to take my calls and answer my questions. I selected a Carrier heat pump system, which was installed on November 16. The two Sunn Corp. installers, Bobby and Evan, arrived on time and installed the two units to my satisfaction. They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything and removed my old units. I highly recommend Sunn Corporation.

Went extremely well. The service men showed up on time, were extremely knowledgable, and recommended a few fixes to improve the overall effectivenss of the heating system.

I was without heat during an extremely cold period. Sunn responded same day and sent a very polite and knowledgeable technician, Daniel. He looked at the furnace and narrowed down the issue quickly. When he pulled out the intake pipe, we both saw that it was completely clogged up by dried-up stinkbugs and a few leaves. After he vacuumed these out, we had heat again. Daniel was excellent. He obviously understood how the unit worked, was very clean (protecting his shoes when he entered the house, cleaning up the furnace and around the furnace) and most of all, honest. I was afraid we might need a new heater, and the company we had used a few years ago would probably have tried to sell us one (every time they came out, they suggested something else that would have cost several hundred Dollars.) Daniel just focused on the problem and also gave me tips for managing the furnace. Then I told him that we had a lot of cold air coming into the kitchen and it seemed to come from the downdraft outlet. He checked it and found what caused the problem - 2 minutes and it was done. The kitchen is warm again. Outstanding service and very reasonable price, I was delighted! This happened at a very stressful time when my husband was in the hospital, and I cannot describe what a relief it is to deal with someone competent and honest who has your best interest at heart. When Daniel left, I realized my stress level was way down. Thank you, Daniel and Sunn!

I did not have heat for a few days because I wanted to get time to research a company that was close to my address and at the same I wanted a company with high ratings. I did my research at Angie'sList and found Sunn Corporation, which had great ratings, and in addition they had great coupons. I scheduled my appointment for Monday because if a technician had come on Saturday, I would have paid emergency fee of $139 to diagnose the problem as it would have been considered an emergency service. A technician came on Monday and completed the job in less than 2 hours and I was charged just $45 for service rendered plus $59.00 for diagnostic fee. Great job! On a different note, there was a mix-up in my coupons purchasing, and when I called Sunn Corporation, an agent fixed the problem in a few seconds without referring me to other departments or putting me on hold. Excellent technical job, and excellent customer service!!

They did a thorough job and were friendly and polite. I chose them because of the price, which was less than other companies I contacted, but once they were here, they found other things requiring service that brought the total price back to what some of the other companies had quoted. I don't doubt that they service they suggested was needed, but the cost for those things were higher than I expected. Another company had come to my home previously to do an estimate. He also had given me a very inexpensive estimate and found additional items (different from what the company I want with found) that jacked up the price quite high. So this may be how it goes with this kind of work - there is an initial low estimate to do something routine, because there are other things that often need doing, where the prices are much higher. This is not a warning about this particular company, which I liked and whose recommendations I don't doubt, but just a heads up on how this particular industry may work.

Great technician, answered all of our questions and did not try to push us in one way or the other to make a decision. Offered his advice as well as what he has seen others do. Very honest, will use again.

As part of the yearly service contract they checked and serviced the furnace and A/c that they installed 2 years ago.
