Everything went just fine. The handyman explained how he planned to do the patch over the hole in the floor and quickly accomplished the task. I would definitely hire this company again.

Small mix up in scheduled time of arrival . Brian was very courteous and friendly . Kitchen install was very difficult due to rusted pipes and calcified washers. Even faced with tight spaces and very difficult rust, Brian persevered with out cursing or quitting . Thus showing great professionalism . The up stairs bath was similar in install , but all work was done in a timely manner which was a concern of the installer. He would explain that due to faulty original installation ( which he showed me first) why the job would take the time estimated before he began. Nice touch.

Management suggested having second man arrive for about a half hour to assist in lifting two large framed pieces. Work was scheduled for 9:00 am. First worker arrived at 7:50 and second arrived at 8:30. First worker installed hook, then remained for entire time, briefly assisting second (more skilled) worker hang the large pieces, otherwise talking and watching the entire time. In short we ending up paying for two handymen when only one did all the work, at a cost of well over $500. We politely brought this to the company’s attention. The phone representative agreed regarding the original plan, but we have heard nothing further. In our estimation, the first worker was not capable or equipped to do the job and we ended up paying for him to hang around while the work was done by his colleague. The final cost was outrageous and lack of response very disappointing to say the least.

The original person they sent seem inexperienced. When I contacted the office about the issues with the work, the owner himself came right out. He was able to fix the toilet himself, but he did send another person later to fix the other things who did a really great job.The owner was so accommodating and eager to make sure I was satisfied.They were very responsive and I appreciated him coming out personally to rectify the problems.

He gave me a quote early on for the work, the process was good. $160 dollars for first hour then additional rate for every 15 minutes. Customer service was good as well. The rate was a little on the higher side ( member DID use this service provider for the work).

They were pretty good I had work completed around the house. He had a person available right away, very responsive and gave me a quote early on, the process was good.The person that was sent was pretty good & his work was pretty good. The only negatives are the cost/rate was a little on the higher side.You just got to watch the time because a charge every 15 minutes after the first hour of $160 dollars. The charge time includes the setup/breaks things like that. You just have to watch to make sure they are working so you get what you are paying for. Quality of work was good & Customer service was good.

All that I remember is that we were happy with the work, I just don't remember what. I kept their number because I would use them again, I just don't recall what we had them do. I remember they were good and we liked them, so we kept their number. The price was good also. I've got their number, I would definitely use them again.

Mr. Handyman returned my request for a quote within a few hours, and then had someone at my home in the next 15 minutes. Jose was extremely efficient, professional, and friendly, and had the job done within about 20 minutes. He even spackled over the holes in the wall where I had tried and failed to do the job myself earlier.

Everything was completed to our satisfaction.

The representative arrived on time and walked around our house with us to find out what we needed fixed. He assessed what needed to be done and he worked his way through all our projects. The work he did was exactly what we needed done.

Mr. Handyman impressed me with its commitment to excellence. Each worker was consistently on time, and communication with the company was good. Even though the work took longer to complete than estimated, the agreed upon price remained the same. The final result is excellence. I am most impressed with the way the company stands behind its work. Initially, I was not completely satisfied with some of the drywall finishing, but I paid the bill. I called Victor. Within two hours he was at my house?and he was prepared to work. He spent the afternoon sanding each place I was not satisfied with. He clearly wanted to make me completely satisfied. He even gave me some coupons toward the next job. So, I hired Mr. Handyman to paint two rooms. The price was more than fair. Mike Thompson came to do the painting. He saw places in the drywall that could be better, so he stopped his painting, went to a local store to buy materials, and fixed the drywall to perfection. To make up time, he even took our doors home with him to paint! The final result was excellence: I will call them again for other projects, and I have recommended them to my neighbor. I know I will be pleased with the work from Mr. Handyman!

I had granite installed in my townhouse, and surprise - my sink cabinet was bad (damage from water). The counter top guys just secure it with some 2x4 I had laying around and were like - we don't do cabinets, not our prob dude. I called Northern MOCO Mr. Handyman immediately, and lucky they had an afternoon slot. Mike showed up right on time, and was the perfect guy to have on hand. He was a true PRO, and fixed up my cabinet and it looked good as new - and stronger even. He was conscious to keep materials and labor hours - I went to home depot to grab stuff while he still worked. I just needed a dishwasher cabinet end, and a PVC pipe connector, and bam Mike did the rest! He had the right tools and materials to do a craftsmen's pro finish job. I would definitely use them again, especially Mike. It felt like he was my uncle and looking out for me - he helped me out man!

Had 2 small leaks in our kitchen ceiling. The leaks were directly under our master bath, and would be halfway between the master bathroom's toilet and shower stall. Also, there is a fire sprinkler about 3-6" inches from the leak. Michael diagnosed part of the cause of the problem, which was a leaky shower valve. He replaced the valve in the shower, and when it was discovered that there was a second unrelated leak that happened to be in the same area, he fixed that and replaced a pipe. Very professional throughout.

It was horrible. He charged me $242 and I had to go back and get the work done over again. I live in a condominium. I had sliding windows and one window would not close. He said, "Go hire somebody who deals with windows." In my second bathroom, I had a door that had come off of one of my cabinets. He put it back on. But the doors did not match up. One door was on, the other one was not. The one he put back on did not match up. I live in a Duplex, on third and fourth floor. Down on the first floor, I had two doors that would not close. He put some paste on one door and just left it there.

I have used Mr. Handyman on many occasions and plan to continue to use them anytime I have an issue they can help with. I almost always contact them by email when I have a need, and they have always replied within twenty-four hours to set up an appointment. They are always on time when they come out and have always been very professional. The final charge has always closely matched the estimate, and they always do top notch work. I have, and will continue, to recommend them without reservations to anyone that needs their services.

Absolutely Satisfied! Michael G. was my handyman and he was outstanding. Worked fast and efficiently. I had 10 small jobs that I thought would take all day that he completed in 3 hours. I will be specifically requesting him again in the future. Choose this company!

Liz at the office worked me in during an exceptionally busy and chaotic week of snow and ice. My mom was coming for a week, and I gave Liz very short notice. But she moved things around and got me scheduled. Michael, the man who does the work, has been to my house several times over the past 2 years. I am so glad that I found him. He is quick, resourceful, professional and really pleasant. I am serious. You should definitely hire this man. He can fix everything I have had trouble with, even a rickety but cherished dresser.
