Description of Work: Main drive belt broke on my lawn tractor and all I wanted to know was is it covered under warranty.

Description of Work: I had an old John Deere that I liked but upgraded to the Z445. Other then being easier to get on and off with a bad hip, it seems to have more issues than the old standard lawn mower. I've had it in the shop now 3 times in the last 5 operating hours (October 2016 only mowed once or twice after I got it back, April 2017, May 2017) which seems excessive. I asked for some help on the pickup/delivery cost. Rather than just saying no, after the woman looked at the tickets, I received a lecture from the woman about how it was 3 different problems and nothing in the tickets suggested otherwise. She suggested I wouldn't just want them replacing parts and charging me (which is correct), but what she didn't seem to get was that they wrote down the problem simply as "will not start" when I described much more than that. I don't need a lecture from someone in business of sales and service especially when the first time I brought it in I suggested it was something other than a battery that was needed. They didn't write down my full description of the problem and when the easy fix worked, they didn't check any further. The 3rd time it turns out it was a loose wire under the seat. It would have been nice if they offered that suggestion when I called and described the problem of the tractor cutting off when I moved the arms in to then be able to move the tractor. She also suggested that I bring the mower in every winter for their "special" (which is 10% off any parts but still the $55 pickup/delivery fee, and I have done on occasion but not yearly) implying that if I did that regularly I might not have any problems and I replied that based on her own statements, regular service would not have found the issues I recently had so I'd be paying even more to not find and fix the problems until they actually happen at the shop. At $55 a trip (I live approximately 7 miles from their location) and with only 5 hours of mowing in between, I'll be looking for someone else to service my tractor and or replacing it going with someone who has better service. She was more interested in lecturing to me than just simply saying no or working with me to keep a repeat customer happy.
