+ -1 moreHad to call the company several time and leave messages to setup an initial appointment. They scheduled for about 8 weeks out. They called the day they were to come out to cancel due to "rain". It had not rained and did not rain the entire day. We called back to reschedule. They scheduled an appointment and said they would arrive between 9am and 11 am depending on the temperature that day. 11am came and went, we never received a call or other communication from the company. Trying to get my money reimbursed for the coupon.
Description of Work: Purchased power washing services through discount coupon.

+ -1 morePurchased a deal through amazon and had to call several times. Finally received a call back and had an appointment scheduled. Day of service I received a call they could not make it. Never called to reschedule the appointment. I have tried several times to call but it rings and says voicemail full.

This was a deal I purchased on Amazon Local and I've contacted Amazon to try and receive a refund and request that ETB Solutions is removed from future Amazon Local offerings.

Description of Work: I had a long email correspondence with Eric Blake of ETB solutions. I was trying to get all the carpets cleaned in the house- some wall to wall, some area-, a loveseat and chair, and one room of carpet needed to be stretched back into place. After much back and forth we settled on a price or so I thought. I then emailed him to set up a date for the service and never got a response. I tried contacting him several times but it was if he disappeared..
