Description of Work: I have used Dan before for tile work. When our shower started leaking I called Dan. It turned out to be a major renovation in our master bath. He rebuilt our shower, tub surround and replaced all of the tile, tile board, and drywall repair in the laundry room below the master bath. He also replaced a faucet in the powder room. He did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend him.

Description of Work: Dan came over to give an estimate on carpentry repair work , fascia, and applying Facade backsplash on our kitchen walls. His estimate came back very quickly. What stood out to me was when he showed us his certificate of insurance as well as previous types of work he had done in the past before we asked during his initial visit. We hired Dan based on his professionalism, knowledge and pricing. He had to come on two separate days due to the size of the projects, which was fine with us. He was very accommodating with us and our pets. He was very willing to help us with decisions on other projects of our home and that was very appreciated. The areas that he had to work were cleaned up very well by him. We would highly recommend Dan for any type of project and we would definitely use his services again in the future. Description of Work: Dan replaced tiles in our shower and did a great job. Have used him in the past to replace bathroom light fixtures and laid a ceramic tile floor in my daughter's condo. He does an excellent job and is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use him again.
