Damascus Home Services Inc. was highly recommended by GAC who replaced my furnace and AC. Charlie Small and Darin showed up were clean, polite, professionals to replaced the hot water heater. While they were here I asked them to repair the hose bib and water line where I had a leak. Charlie took care of that and said if I go to pick out a facet at home depot he would have Darin replace my old kitchen facet while he was there. They also fixed a hall toilet. I'm impressed with the amount of work that was done for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

They were extremely quick, prompt, and gave us an excellent price. They recommend the best quality equipment and offer their advice when looking at our options. They completed the work neatly and cleanly as they cleaned up everything themselves. They were also very polite and professional.

The most pleasant home repair experience for me so far. Charlie was exactly on time, extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable. His colleague, Darin who arrived later to assist him was equally pleasant and helpful. I year and half ago, I purchased an older home, knowing that many repairs would be coming in the near future. As a new home owner, I am someone who stays with the repair people during the entire repair process. Not only do I learn about what is being done in my house, but I really gain a better understanding of how things work from people as knowledgeable about their trade as Charlie and Darin. Not only was their work neat, clean and precise, they were extremely pleasant about answering my numerous questions. At first, I was only having a hot water heater replaced in my basement rental unit, but as my renter was heading out, she mentioned that the bathroom faucet was a problem and that there was a leak under the kitchen sink. As soon as Charlie finished the work on the heater, Darin arrived and worked on the leak under the kitchen sink and the bathroom faucet. (Home Depot is a few minutes from my house, so I quickly went and got a bathroom faucet they recommended while Darin removed the old one). Mean while, Charlie worked on the valve installation I requested after he arrived. I expected a much larger bill, but I am pleased with the cost and the careful work that was done in my home. Any future plumbing repairs, I will have done with Damascus Home Services. I am scheduling an inspection for the hot water heater in a few weeks.

I got several quotes they were the most reasonable. Showed up on time, extremely courteous and neat. Had to cut a couple of holes in wall, but we're very neat in their cuts which made patching a breeze.. They are definitely on my speed- dial

Charlie was very prompt. He came by the same day that I called and was on time for the arranged time. Given that our garbage disposal Issue was a minor problem and a quick fix he only charged the diagnostic fee. He also showed me how I can fix the problem myself should it occur again in the future. Lastly, Charlie was courteous and friendly. I would definintely use this company again.

In the middle of his Xmas vacation, he came out and spent more than 2 hours fixing my water heater. And then he left with no payment, trusting me. "I'm in the service business" he said, "I come when I get called. That's how I get and keep customers." Well, I'll use him for everything from now on!
