It was a father-son team and they worked very hard to get the job done right. They consulted with me on any issues since they were work on a mini barn over 50 years old. They made it look like new and within my budget. I am very happy with the results.

Dan replaced 3 skylights and a solar tube. The work to replace the skylights was great. I feel like he may have tried to cut some corners on the solar tube instal. After they were "finished I went up on my roof to verify the job was satisfactory. I saw some things I didn't like and contacted Dan imeadately. He responded that they would be back the next day and make it right. He was and they did. I just wish they would have done it right the first time. Can't help but feel a little disrespeted, it did not sit well.

They delivered more than expected. Dan knows the roofing business and handled the whole roofing project including gutter guards, a late project add on, with his years of experience showing. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.. I have more than half the house with a very low pitch roof. It has caused problems. Thru time with leaks especially around the chimney and skylights. Dan came up with a solution and I believe it will no longer be a concern. Their price was competitive and I feel I got an excellent job in exchange. You will be glad you chose Customers Edge, as I am.

They did not repair what we asked them to repair They did something else. We have called them several times with no return call. Someone came out to see what originally they were supposed to fix. It has been three days and no one has gotten in touch with us after a text and phone call.

Dan was great. He personally came out and inspected my roof and the skylight and quoted me on the spot. Once I agreed to the proposal and made the initial deposit the work was done within a week. They cleaned up after the work was done and the quality of the work was excellent.

Dan came out to repair the roof. Took about 15 minutes. I was charged $350 and never received a receipt, a work order or documentation of what was done. A week later it rained, and my roof was leaking again in the same exact spot, he said he repaired. I called Dan and left a message. He never called back. I called him on my work phone, (a number he didn't have), he answered the phone and said he would come back out. NEVER CAME.
