They were a referral from my realtor during the closing process. We chose them as the best estimate. They worked with our schedule and the only delay was due to a family issue with the gentleman in charge. They showed up when they said they would. They worked hard all day and I am very happy with the finished project.

Overall, he did a good job and designed the roof so water will not pool as it had done previously. Rod can sometimes be slow to return calls but he cares about his work and does a great job. We would hire him again.

When I called, I got an answering machine, so I left a message. No one ever called back, but I had received a prompt reply from another company, where I was able to speak to a real live person the very first time I called, so I got my job done by them.

They were recommended to me by someone else and they didn't disappoint. I was satisfied overall. Not an "A" company, but a solid "B". I would give them better grades, but I am really not sure about the work yet. I am unable to actually see the job.

The job went very smoothly from beginning to end and took much less time than I have expected. Rod was up on the roof working with his crew at all times, he is not just a salesmen, he's there for the entire job and explains what's happening step by step. Rod refigured the wierd and unworkable down spout/gutter system for me, switching it from one side of the house to the other, down and out behind the garden instead of up hill and into my neighbors yard where another contractor had routed it years before. The water actually goes away from the house now. The new, frosted, skylight; which replaced two old leaking bubbles, is framed in beautifully and sealed tight - we've had a ton of rain and not a single leak anywhere. The cleanup was excellent and fast - Rod double checked on that since this was done by temp crew, but his roofing crew has been with him a long time and they work really well together - the whole thing was really fun for me and I learned a lot about my house.

THE ROOF PROBLEM WAS FAIRLY SIMPLE. THE FLASHING HAD BEEN IMPROPERLY INSTALLED, AND WATER WAS LEAKING BEHIND THE FLASHING. CAVARICCI REPLACED THE FLASHING. ROD CAVARICCI WAS VERY DEPENDABLE; HE NOTIFIED US WHEN HE WASN'T ABLE TO COME AT HIS ORIGINAL TIME. HE GAVE US AN HONEST ASSESSMENT OF OUR PROBLEM, AND HIS FINAL BILL WAS $500 LESS THAN HIS ORIGINAL ESTIMATE.
