I had personally replaced and installed the last two water heaters in my (all electric) house, but, due to time restrictions, this time I elected to call the pros. Everything went very well. I called at 9am and two servicemen were here at 11:10am. After determining that the existing 11 year old water heater needed to be replaced (as I suspected), they drained it, dismantled the plumbing, hauled out the old water heater, installed a new one and got it up and running within an hour. The servicemen were competent and knowledgeable, and politely answered all my installation questions while I observed them as they went about their work. I also had questions about a tankless water heater for my situation, and they gave me the pros and cons of that. Because of the responsiveness of the company and speed of installation, I thought the price was fair. I will definitely be calling A&B Luck for any future plumbing needs.

This was the first time we used A&B Luck. Tim was excellent. He was very meticulous and methodical in determining the cause of the problem and was very detailed in taking care of the issue. The cost was very reasonable as well. Needless to say, we will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them.

The process of cleaning the piping and every fixture and valve required a total time of 5 hours. My house has 2.5 bathrooms, a laundry room with sink and washing machine, The process also required 2 plumbers to perform the process each over $100/hr. So it can become expensive real fast. One section of pipe had to be removed and replaced because it could not be cleaned out by the first process. It was so packed with Calcite that there was absolutely no water flow. The lead plumber (Josh) rerouted the plumbing to provide to allow me to remove the old water treatment equipment, However he suggested that I replace the water treatment equipment soon since my pipes are copper and well water in the region is acidic.

I needed a plumber to come before the fridge repair guy; I could not shut off the water to the leaking ice maker water line. They came the day I called, they fit me in because I was working at home that day and had mentioned it. This was an ennormous relief for me! Josh came and replaced the ice maker water line shut off valve in the basement. He then replaced the plastic tubing to the ice maker in fridge with copper. He had to work really hard to get the old heavy fridge out; it was tightly jammed under the upper cupboards. I had had someone once prior say "I cant work on this fridge, I can't get it out from the wall". Josh did it in about 5 min! An excellent experience and I was relieved to have both the valve repaired, and the water line, done by Josh, so I did not have to call back an appliance person. A+++ rating for this company, again!

Excellent. "Mike" came and was very careful not to make a mess. He spent time with the drill thing and cleared everything out. He was polite and respectful of my home and self. I reccomend this company without hesitation; ask for "Mike"

I've used A&B Luck for years and have always been pleased with their responsiveness. Most recently I had a leak where water was coming down from the second floor through a light fixture in my first floor ceiling. I called in the morning and within two hours a plumber was at my house. I was afraid he was going to have to tear up the ceiling to get to the leaking pipe. Instead the plumber methodically went around looking for other possibilities first and found the spot where water was running down an inlet pipe on an upstairs toilet. Problem was fixed in 15 minutes!

Michael was meticulous and careful, he did not leave any mess and carried the snake around outside so as not to get anything dirty inside. He gave me a good education about the problem at the sink and also the contributing garbage disposal problem. He was very professional and sweet. He explained their pricing. I felt completly comfortable having him in my home while I was home alone. I am relieved to have found an excellent plumber so quickly.

They were excellent and professional. They did more than what they were supposed to. They were courteous and did a good job. The price was fantastic and I can't say enough about them.

They are wonderful. They cleaned up after themselves and they came out the same day that I called. When I had to have a new furnace put in, their estimate came in thousands less than other companies. They were also very punctual.

I have been using them for years. They are outstanding and very professional.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS NOT GOOD. AS A RESULT OF TERRIBLE WORK BEING DONE, WE HAD A LEAK COMING OUT OF OUR WALL WHICH FLOODED OUR BACK ROOM. THEY DID NOT SEAL OFF THE SITE WHERE THEY DRILLED APPROPRIATELY. WHEN THIS WAS BROUGHT TO THE COMPANY'S ATTENTION, MANAGEMENT TRIED TO BLAME IT ON US FOR NOT NOTICING THE LEAK SOONER. THE PLUMBERS HAD TO COME BACK AND RE-SEAL THE AREA AND PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF OUR CARPETING. THIS TOOK PLACE ONLY AFTER VERY DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS.

THEY OFFER EMERGENCY SERVICE 7 DAYS A WEEK. THEY HAD REASONABLE RATES. THEY WERE RELIABLE. THEY PROVIDED FAST SERVICE. THEY ARE A SMALL, FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. THEY ARE LICENSED AND INSURED.
