It started out fine, but then turned into a nightmare. He removed most of the pool and the shed relatively quickly. Then he had outside contractors haul the materials away. They also stole my weedeater, two gas cans, and some other items I had around the property. My weedeater was returned 4 days later, but it has been over two weeks and my gas cans are still gone. The work has not been completed. There are still 4 metal poles sunk in concrete, and a big hole in the middle of my yard. I have called Richard several times a week for the last several weeks. Last time he promised to return the gas cans that night and complete the work within 5 days. Neither happened. He has stopped answering my calls or returning my messages. Because he was recommended by a friend, I agreed to pay up front. What a mistake!
