+ -1 moreI kept getting rescheduled as they kept overbooking. When he finally arrived, he spent more time talking about other things than advising why I was getting water in my basement. In addition, he said he would send me an estimate to regrade to help with drainage but never did. I did an initial review shortly after he was there with basically the same information. He contacted me to apologize and offer to refund my money (a Big Deal deal) but never did.
Description of Work: He was suppose to determine why my basement was getting wet and how to correct.
