I had a sudden leak in an upstairs bathroom that cascaded downstairs and into the basement overnight. I called in the AM about getting someone out the same day to take a look and they were quick to get back to me. Iultimately went with someone who was able to get out earlier in the day, but I would definitely call them again. I called several providers listed on Angie's list, and this one, along with the one I ended up going with, were the only two who called me back.

Mike K was great. Immediately narrowed in on the likely problem and showed me what he was seeing so that it made sense. Determined that my problem was not a plumbing problem, saving me unnecessary expense. Took care of a problem faucet which was added on at the last minute. Mike K was friendly, well knowledge and fast.

They were very professional. They showed up on time and worked quickly. They are the first person I would recommend to anyone else.

My experience with Mahon was great! Mike was excellent to work with and very quick. He was also very personable and went above and beyond in showing me some tips and tricks that I can use in the future as well as things to watch out for. He was very non-intrusive and cleaned up after himself. The price per hour for the job was the lowest I could find in the immediate area but I feel like I still got top notch service. I will absolutely be calling Mahon for any future plumbing needs.

There was a lot of thing that they were "certain"of that were not in fact true. I was told 1 thing on one day and the next day I was told that it was no longer the case. I was told that the problem we had was in one part of our sewer line. After paying $3000 to remedy that so called problem they came back to us and told us that the problem was actually in a different area of the sewer line. They then gave us another estimate for $2700. The owner is a world class bull $hitter!!! My wife and I totally felt taken advantage of throughout the whole process. And on top of everything, they left my backyard completely unusable.

The workers were efficient, courteous, and neat. However, the $300.00 "driving time fee" came as an unpleasant surprise, in that it was not mentioned in advance,

A very long story short, we rent our home and had had months worth of plumbing issues. Mahon came in and located the problem. They were brought into the middle of a bad situation and handled everything with professionalism and more importantly, compassion! I would recommend them to anyone! And if the need ever arises for me again, they would be my first call! Thank you Mahon Plumbing! Every person I dealt with, every single one of them was wonderful!

On the morning of the appointment, Fred called and made sure he had the directions. One faucet wasn't working and the other was leaking. He diagnosed the problems immediately and explained to me what needed to be done. Everything was done perfectly.

They were on time everything done all in one day. Did work with out having to crack concrete and they were very polite.

Very knowledgeable about his work, recognized the problem and fixed it. Any questions I had were answered.

This vendor is extremely responsive. From the receptionist who answers the phone to the plumber performing the work, they are all extremely helpful and consultative. They were also able to schedule someone for me same-day which I really appreciated. Also, the manager sent me a rebate check for 10% because I had forgotten to print the Angies List coupon. VERY.CLASSY.MOVE. I will absolutely call them first next time (although I hope there isn't a next time in the near future)!

We live in a Baltimore row home with a garage and parking pad. After a main sewer line stoppage caused by a diaper wipe, another plumber ran a camera and found that our main sewer line had an issue and needed to be replaced.. We obtained two other quotes and were not satisfied that we were getting a straight answer. Then we found Mahon. Greg came right out, provided an estimate within 24 hours, and we immediately knew we should hire him for this job. His office was kind and professional. He and his crew showed up on time -- early -- and worked all day until it was finished. They were amazing and stayed until the job was done to Greg's satisfaction -- and he was on top of it!. They cleaned up at the end of the day and even came back when some of the stone needed to be reset.

Terrific technician! They found the problem EXTREMELY quickly. They identified right where the leak was within 30 mins. They were professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

This is the best experience I have ever had with a plumber in terms of price, punctuality, and getting the job done. It helps that he was very friendly too. I will call them again for a water heater replacement that is coming up soon.

Due to a leaking ceiling on our 1st floor, we discovered that the original installation of our overflow drain was not correct (United Plumbing/Ryland Homes!). I cut the drywall ceiling out and tried to determine the location of the leak, but was unable to find it. Tom arrived (early) and found the leak within a few minutes. He had to cut out the drywall behind the tub to perform the proper repair, and was finished within an hour. Mahon responded immediately, was very professional, and was reasonable in price. I will definitely use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks Tom!

Mahon plumbing is fantastic! They were right on time, did all the work in an exemplary manner, showed me what they were doing so I understood their work and could do troubleshooting on my own in the future, and cleaned up after themselves. Mahon is a great company!!

The company was very responsive and showed up at the appointed time to do the job. However, they failed to mention that the drain cleaning could not be guaranteed. When the line backed up two days later, then they told me this piece of info and in a way that made me feel like I had done something wrong. "No plumber can guarantee cleaning drains," as if this is common knowledge to all homeowners in Maryland. The technician did his job well, though, so no complaints there.

This company is for sure, EXCELLENT!! We called the company and someone answered right away, and gave us a time they would be coming to fix it. We were very impressed with their responsiveness and willing to help as soon as possible. The service guy, Tom, was very knowledgeable and personable. We would definitely recommend this company AND the guy who came to the house to all of our friends! The price was very fair and we are extremely happy customers. We now have our hot water back!!!

The company was very responsive and gave time options when they could come out. They came out on time. He was in a professional, clean uniform. He knew exactly what he was doing (Mike). He was efficient and did the exact job we needed and he said he would do. I also liked they were also friendly (the dispatcher and service man).

They were all amazing; the guys that were doing the excavating, the owner was out everyday to make sure things were being done correctly. The owner, Greg, did the initial consult to make sure that we were only going to get done what we needed and nothing more.

Called Mahon Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for a water leak in the main water line outside the house. Service was done when said it would be done in a punctual manner. Received proper paperwork a few days later to get a credit on my water bill from the county.

I had an emergency, my Main Sewage Drain backed up and needed to be replaced. (video evidenced revealed a root had grown in the pipe and it had caved my old pipe in) The President of Mahon Plumbing personally stopped by my house to give me their estimate, which beat their big name competitors quote by over $1,000. They were able to come out within 2 days and compelete everything. (remove and replace entire Main Drain pipe) I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone needing any routine or major work, scheduled or in a pinch.

They were awesome. I will keep using them. Their price was reasonable. They showed up on time. They were very courteous and neat.
