Description of Work: Replaced and upgraded my water heater from a 50 gallon to a 80 gallon. Also installed an over flow pan. Outstanding service and professional crew completed the job. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: I couldn't get past the receptionist when I called. I asked her if there company would be able to quote me on copper pipe instead of cpvc because a few other companies I had called just wanted to quote on cpvc. Along with that I had a few other questions and she said that she didn't know the answers and I asked her is there someone there that I can talk to that would be able to answer the questions that I had. She said, everyone is out in the field and I said, well can you take my name and number and have someone give me a call back. I felt as if the young lady really didn't want to help me and that I was a big bother by calling. So, I had waited 3 days and noone had called me back. I called 2 other times to be put on hold for what seemed to be about 5 minutes each and then just gave up and called another plumber. |

Description of Work: Yes, they arrived on time and were very professional. I did not understand why we were having the problems and they explained in detail what was going on and what I could do to prevent it from happening again.

Description of Work: The plumber replaced a corroded cast iron pipe draining both the kitchen and bathroom sinks. He arrived within the quoted window; was diligent in assessing the leak, repairing, and cleaning up after himself; and explained to me every part of the procedure. I was very well satisfied with his work.

Description of Work: I have used them for one emergency and one non-emergency event. Both times the tech was great, easy to work with, professional and I never felt taken advantage of financially.

Description of Work: Replaced/ repaired hose bibs. Thought we had to replace all of them but they came out with one replacement and one repair and adjusted the cost as appropriate. Great company to deal with.

Description of Work: Replaced our sewer line in May, 1999. They dug up our yard indiscriminately in an attempt to find our sewer line. Also dug up our driveway and never replaced the asphalt they tore up. Very unprofessional! They even had to take up the concrete floor in our family room to complete the job and didn't know how to finish the concrete floor. Had to come back with a grinder to level the concrete floor.

Description of Work: Pipe from the main to the house broke. Replaced pipe, and brought the interior plumbing in the house up to code. Received a written estimate. No additional charges. They completed the job in one day even though they ended staying until 11:00 pm.
