Rick Barlow is very accommodating. He even made up three samples of the stamped concrete for us to help us choose.

rick said he would be here at 430 pm and he was and some of co workers is haveing work done buy him four of my co-workers rick barlow was nice it was done in one day and he is comeing back to do more work for me nobody else would call

They worked hard on the assigned date. Work is not complete. Communication is not good.

David Keenan did not respond to my emails after the contract was signed. However, after I contacted him direcctly on his cell phone things moved along quickly. Dave made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and even took care of special concerns - raising the concrete from the porch onto the new patio so I can access it easier with my walker, and moving my large 'dog shelter' and getting it back in place. The worker in charge initially forgot the path to the curb but got bagged concrete and took care of it. The workers were efficient and did a fine clean up job.

Flatworks started working on the scheduled start date, completed the work on time, explained fully how to take care of the concrete work and when we could use the driveway/walks, back filled the edges, seeded, covered with straw and the initial watering. They were also very diligent about cleaning up the area after the work was completed. We are very pleased with the work and Flatworks personnel.

Clare is the person who estimated and oversaw the job. It was a part of my driveway, front stairs, and side stairs. They came on time, completed the project in one day, and the price was very fair. I was very pleased with the work. They are professionals and really know their stuff. My father who is an engineer oversaw the job as well and was very impressed. I highly recommend this company! I will use them again and I have given my neighbors their information.

Barlow came in on very short notice and did a good job on my concrete driveway. There was a communication issue between the company and the crew on what I needed, so the crew install part of the driveway wrong. But Barlow corrected their mistake without argument and in the end I got what I wanted and they did a very nice job. I would recommend them.

They did a lot of work and it looks great, everybody that comes here wants to know who did it. They did a driveway, walkways and retaining wall. David is wonderful to deal with and his employees are like family.
