Very thoughtful/ thorough consideration of existing system and potential options. Clear and concise explanation of options available. Timely estimate with reasonable estimate of start date. Ultimately, start date was sooner than given. Had gotten 5 estimates for work to be done. Came down to two contractors. Weatherguard was not the least expensive BUT did not generalize about equipment to be used, was the most thourough in the inspection of potential rework to be done on existing system (no surprises for them or me later), CLEARLY delineated what they would do and why it needed addressed, could give definitive start date,... VERY professional approach overall and came highly recommended by third parties. I know why now. They also recharged the existing AC unit and troubleshot a humidifier at no cost - items not originally included in initial contract. We will not use anyone else for HVAC needs in the future.
