They will call and tell us they are coming, but they don?t come when they say they will. They just come when they want to.

We used Terminix. It worked out well. We haven't had any problems. The only thing we had today was that we had some people come in to clean the windows and all and they discovered a fossilized mouse behind the TV. God knows how long it has been there. It was with the bones. We had a cat up to last year possibly he got him too, I really don't know. It did not smell or anything so why would we go looking for it if there was no smell. I said I was glad that they found it and not me. They usually do the outside but like twice a year they will come in and do the inside too.

I've had really good results from using Terminix. Before I had pets, They sprayed inside as well as outside. They always did a very good job. They're very prompt. In the last ten years, I probably had pets, so they only spray outside. When I had problems with bugs or whatever, once I called them, they would come and still provide the service needed to get rid of them. They put in traps around the garage door in the springtime to keep the lizards and other little bugs out. There are extra services that I've needed and they've always been very prompt in providing that.

With annual contract Terminix checks bait traps every several months automatically.

We needed the job that they were going to do. They wanted me to do an annual type of policy and I didn’t see the need for it. So they were a little pushy about that. They sent out a lot of postcards and I got a lot of calls about that they were going to schedule the appointment. Their professionalism otherwise was very good. They are just trying to keep their business and I understand that. They came out and tried to get us to sign it again. I did not respond to their postcards that they sent to schedule appointments for their service and they basically came out to the house to do an exterior inspection. I started getting a lot of phone calls in January to renew the policy. They came out and did their job like the way they were supposed to do it. They were gone and I had no problems with the service that they performed. They did not try and over sell me anything. I was quite pleased with their work. I really didn’t do much shopping around for the price. They came when they said they were going to come. The guy was clean. I knew they were going to drill some holes in my concrete and they plugged them. I got exactly what I expected to get. I will use their services again in the future.

We didn't like them and were very dissatisfied from the service we got from them. They were suppose to go around and check those periodically and then give us a report then replace the bait. Someone came around and gave us reports but we could tell because the bait containers, the grass grew over the top of them, so we knew they had never been opened over the course of the time they had been servicing us and we pointed it out to them. They sent someone out to do something but we told them we didn't want to continue our relationship with them and told them we didn't want anybody coming out to the house. They still sent somebody out anyway against our wishes and went around servicing the bait containers so we told them we didn't want them there and we were done with their business. They kind of tried to push their way back in and really really left a bad taste in our mouths. As far as that particular office of Terminix we wouldn't ever use them again, they were really bad. For price, we had someone come in that was lower than them and used a different system. They were expensive.

They are good and I would use them in future.
