I especially appreciated his listening to specific concerns I had about the system we had installed and being responsive to that. We got Bob Metz's name off the Kohler web site as he is an authorized installer. He responded quickly to our voicemail inquiry and came out for a site visit the next day. He spent a lot of time providing information to us and discussing the proper location for the generator. His proposal was very competitive and he could complete the work quickly, so we signed a contract. He was competent, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He facilitated the gas line installation and went above and beyond to assist us when the gas company installed the gas line improperly. Even after completing the job, he has continued to communicate with us and periodically check on the generator and update the software as needed. We highly recommend Metz Electric.
