It took weeks and several reminders by me before the order was completed. Phone calls to the company were not returned. I still do not know the price since I haven't picked up the completed order, which finally arrived after weeks from the initial order, because I was told to expect a call regarding various costs associated with self-delivery, company delivery, and company installation.

We are remodeling an older house and they are a very good local company to deal with for replacement windows. They are locally owned and the service is good. The price is good; better than you probably will find most places. Dustin handles the outside sales and they do residential and commercial projects. If you call, Dustin will come out and give you suggestions and options for window replacement. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Glass Service - Cumberland to replace some windows in my house.
