I need several stumps removed from my premises and called EZ Out for an estimate. He (Ron) stopped by one afternoon and provided a verbal quote that sounded very reasonable for the work that needed done. He asked if I could wait "a couple weeks" for him to do the work and I indicated that would be fine. I never heard from him again despite numerous calls left on his answering machine since then asking whether he was still interested in doing the work. I finally asked for the courtesy of a response even if he didn't want to do the job so I could find someone else that was interested, but he didn't respond to that message, either. In hindsight, perhaps it was all for the best as the lack of responsiveness might be a indicator of the quality of his work, but I guess I'll never know since I will now find someone else to do the job.
